グレートピースオブランド。海と音の間に位置しています。 1980年に建てられました。つい最近、新しいサイディングの窓とデッキから大規模な改修が行われました。プールの周りの舗装。シャッフル退屈。テニスコート。屋内と屋外のプール_温水浴槽！ビーチには夏の間ライフガードがいます。地元の人に人気のサンセットグリルまで歩いてすぐ。ほぼ毎晩、すばらしい夕日があります。ジェットスキーパドルボーディングなど。

Such a great place!!

We stayed with another family and the bunk room was perfect for the kids while parents still had their own spaces! We loved the short walk to the beach plus all the amenities and the beautiful pool!! We will definitely be staying again!

Completely amazing!!!We had an absolutely amazing time. The location was on a resort which was completely fantastic. The views from just the porch were spectacular. You could hear the ocean roaring away. It was such a wonderful experience for our family. The new rec center and clubhouse were amazing. There was so much flexibility and things to do. We couldn't even try to be bored. The host was really wonderful and answered all of our questions and was very helpful and very prompt with responding. We definitely look forward to returning again.

Just great!

My family spent a week at the house in Duck and it could not have been better—very short walk to the pool and beach, tons of things for the kids to do, and a nice walk to the boardwalk. We will return!

Excellent Stay

Great place close to the ocean. Swimming pool is large with a nearby snack shop. Family had an awesome time.

Great stay in Duck!

I want to thank David for letting us stay in his cozy beach condo! We loved the close proximity to the beach and “downtown” Duck. The condo is just as described - with character and beachy vibes! Perfect for our family of 4!

Everything so close

Nice condo with plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. Beach & pool are very close walks (pool 5 minutes & beach 8-10). Sound side & town of Duck are less than a 5 minute drive. Nice community with many activities available We really enjoyed our week!

Great place

Everyone had a great time. Nice access to the beach and many amenities to keep the boys entertained. They especially loved the shuffleboard and pool.

Great location and amenities

Nice beach access, indoor pool and jacuzzi, nice outdoor pool, beach lifeguard station, volleyball and tennis courts in good condition. Had a great time with family. Quiet and relaxing stay. Enjoy watching the abundant crabs day and night. Favorite for kids.

September Stay

I have been coming to Duck since 1998. It has always been my home away from home. David is such an amazing host and always answers when something is needed. Barrier island is a nice resort because it has everything! Love the shops along the boardwalk! The weather wasn’t the best but my husband and I still had a lovely time! We will be back in June and can’t wait!
