Boca Raton

The home, pool, and location close to the beach were all perfect. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the beach is a five minute walk away. The house was clean and fully stocked. I loved staying here.

Well located, clean, all amenities

Very nice, conveniently located, well-equipped, ideal for big family. Even toys for kids. Managers are attentive and responsive. Recommend.

Fantastic Location

Overall, we had a very good experience. We were there for 2 weeks. There were some things that needed to be fixed and Julio was VERY responsive. The location is awesome - about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Fabulous location and nice pool and backyard

House is in great location. Backyard is very nice retreat. Pool was warm. Nice seating and fire pit. Well stocked kitchen.

Great for families

This property is a great fit for families, especially with toddlers! The pool was a huge hit and well maintained. There were plenty of kids toys, books, puzzles, etc. Plenty of space for our 5 adults and 1 toddler. The beach is a short walk away as well as a great park (Sullivan Park) and plenty of restaurants. Host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Highly high recommend this property!

Nice house in a great location

We had a great experience renting this clean, comfortable well stocked house. Great communication with the property manager who was super helpful and kind. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach and Deerfield pier where there are lots of restaurants and shops. I would definitely rent this again if visiting the area.

College move in.

We moved our son into college this week and it was great having a place to come back to and relax. The only negative thing I would say is the roof and exterior of the house needs some tender loving care.

Family beach vacation

This property accommodated our family vacation wonderfully! Plenty of space, we lived the pool and the beach access was easy! We would certainly stay here again!

First experience with VRBO

My family and I stayed a week in this property and had a great time! My parents have a place in Boca so we were literally a 5 minute walk to their place on the beach. We didn't spend much time in the house other than sleeping and having breakfast, but we were very pleased. We may book the same house next year too! It is less expensive than 4 hotel rooms for the week.

Perfect Spot Lots of Room

We had a blast! We LOVED the pool area! So many deck chairs (in the shade and the sun) a basketball net and a tv! We spent most of our time there enjoying the pool activities. The house was super clean. Very spacious! We loved that the living room had a lot of seating and it is located off to one side of the house, so that if people were sleeping, you wouldn’t wake anyone if you were talking or watching tv. So close to the bars and restaurants ~ about a 10 minute walk, which was nice if you’re up for a stroll. Or a 2 minute Uber ride.

Perfect get-a-way for friends reunion.

Property had everything we needed. Pool, walk to the beach and nearby Pickleball. Well stocked kitchen for all our meals and perfect outdoor area for eating and lounging.

Felt like home

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. We felt like we were at our own home for the week. From the pool, the crib, a stroller and hidden toys in the living room, my kids didn't want to leave and made my life so much easier. The property manager was very communicative if we had a question or needed anything and we loved the neighborhood and the ability to walk around and feel safe. I have recommended this property to anyone and everyone we know and we will 100% be staying here again. Thank you for letting us stay here...we can't wait to come back.

Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this beautiful home! They layout was great for us, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool was fabulous and the location to the beach was perfect! We rented the golf cart which came in very handy. Definitely fun to ride around the neighborhood and check out all of the beautiful homes! It' was also super close and convenient to the downtown Deerfield Beach area which had lots to choose from as far as food, shopping, and fun! We will be back!!

Perfect beach house

We had a truly great experience at this Boca beach house. Great house and location. Loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach - don’t miss the sunrise over the ocean! Jackie (house manager) and Charlotte (office manager) we’re both a pleasure to work with. We’ve stayed in the area half a dozen times and this was clearly our best rental experience!

Mostly good stay….a few improvements could be done

The house overall was nice. The bedrooms were great, the beds were comfortable, TV’s in majority of the rooms. The living room is nice and plenty of seating for our family of 8. Communication with property manager was easy and she responded quickly. The golf cart was a nice addition. The beach access is a little further walk than described. It was nice to have the golf cart to transport people and supplies to the beach. The improvements could be: there were areas of the kitchen (drawers, pantry) as well as bedroom closets that could have been cleaner and more organized. There were random items, or flooring coming up that didn’t need to be there. The kitchen was lacking some basic utensils or supplies. The burner markers on the oven are no longer visible so it was difficult to cook because you don’t know if the burner is on hi or low. Jackie did reach out to me immediately after the pool guy had been over there and noticed the pump wasn’t working. After checking breakers and determining that the breaker wasn’t the issue, I feel someone should have been sent back out to fix the problem. There was some algae starting to form in the pool a couple days later due to it being a salt water pool. Overall, okay place to stay. The neighborhood was beautiful. Next would likely stay somewhere else that’s also closer to the beach.

Great place with ample space.

Whole family had a great time. There was plenty of space for all of us (4 adults and two kids). The pool was a nice size. It was a bonus being able to watch a movie on the large screen TV on the lanai while we floated in the pool. Beach access is close by and chairs and a beach wagon are provided.

Perfect family vacation

This house was absolutely amazing and perfect for our family! We had seven people on the property. The property is very roomy, clean, comfortable, and just absolutely a perfect fit for us. Just a short walk-2 blocks- to the beach. The neighborhood is gorgeous. The property had everything you needed for the beach- chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler! We loved hanging out at the pool in the later evenings and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. Everything was perfect! I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely be back. Jackie the property manager was so helpful and kind! She really wanted us to feel at home and have the best vacation possible! Thank you so much JACKIE! Don’t even think twice about renting, 5 stars in our book !!!!

Wonderful stay

The property is beautiful and perfectly described. It is located very close to the beach and the golf cart is definitely a bonus. Jackie is very attentive and quick to respond. I will definitely be reserving this again in the future.
