Wow!!! The property description was exactly as stated. Unit was exceptionally clean…no sand on our feet upon arrival. Loved that this was located in a small complex…we basically had the pool to ourselves. Two beach access points directly across the street. Boca beaches are beautiful & quiet. The unit had all we needed with a very well equipped kitchen & beach needs. The screened balcony made the experience awesome…we ate all meals out here. Host was super responsive with any questions prior to, & during, our stay. Hope to visit again!

The condo was great! It was clean and well furnished! The host was prompt in responding to messages. I love how it is close to the beach but it was not super crowded. The area seems laid back and chill. Shops are around the corner and you can walk through the parkland to get to the beach in 5-7 minutes easily. I loved the park between the condo and the beach across Ocean Blvd.

This property was just ok. It was not exceptional according to the reviews. Being rated “exceptional “ in an area like Boca Raton is how this property caught my eye on the app. It was a bit run down. It definitely needs new paint and the cabinets are not in the best shape. The hinges are slightly off and look dirty with stains. I should have know from the start when we came in through the back porch and the door was unlocked. Then the sliding glass door going inside was unlocked too. That was an uneasy feeling having two children with me. The handle to the back porch was just lying on the table, broken. We were only given a limited about of bath towels. When I inquired about extra sheets for the pull out couch, I was told to check the closet. I found them alright. They were inside a giant black bag damp along with damp towels and other linens. That did not sit well with me. Also, when I was using a frying pan in the kitchen, it was not clean along with some of the utensils. Also, it would be better have a shower caddy in the master bathroom to hold toiletries. The bathroom fan did not work in that bathroom. On a positive note, the location was a quick 5 min walk to the beach and it was a good location. The owner was responsive but the concerns were not in dire need to be fixed at that moment.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and our prompt communication. We take guest comfort seriously and regret that some aspects did not meet your expectations. The issues you mentioned, including the porch handle, cabinet maintenance, and linen storage, have been addressed with our cleaning and maintenance teams to prevent recurrence. While our property is accurately represented in our listing and many guests have rated it exceptional, we value all feedback as it helps us improve. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.

My friend and I went on a girl’s trip and chose this apartment. It was perfect for two people with plenty of privacy for each of us. The screened in porch was amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was impeccably clean. The location was great as well with very easy access to the beach and restaurants as well as the pool.
