Just Perfect

We spent almost three weeks in this home and loved it! We have four children ranging from 2-15, and there was plenty for everyone to do--billiards, arcade, movie room, and the pool. We spent A LOT of time in and around the pool. Everything was as advertised and clean. It did take us a day or two to figure out how to manage without AC. But we opened windows and used the provided fans. Also, Vancouver is an amazing city with so much to do--beaches, mountains, great food, shopping, beautiful parks, bike paths, etc. It was an unforgettable trip for our family; this house was the perfect home base.

Great Place to Stay

The house had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor living spaces, arcade, theater room and pool table. The location has a small town feel and close to shopping, Stanley Park, hikes, beaches, Capilano Park, Brittiana Mine and waterfalls. We enjoyed our stay.

2 week stay

My wife, 1-year old son and I stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2020. We made great use of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool really played our kid out, and he started sleeping through the night during our stay! Understandably, we can’t say enough good things about the place. My only criticism was the absence of A/C. We had a few hot days and the place really heats up. The owners did provide several fans which were greatly appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Luxury Modern Family Home - All Mod Cons - Showhome Quality

This is a modern family home with great facilities and high end finish allowing you to relax and enjoy a millionaire lifestyle. Well positioned for easy access to all local facilities, the main attractions including Downtown Vancouver are all within an easy drive no more than 15-20 mins, plus almost direct Highway access (via Exit 7) means you can comfortably Whistler in 75 mins. Great spaces with open concept on the main floor. Cinema Room is a terrific bonus feature. Terrific to have access to a quality pool in the well kept garden and to take advantage of the patioed outside bar and seating areas, and BBQ space. Hosts were superb throughout - meeting our party on arrival to show us around the property and explain how everything works - staying in touch through the stay to make sure we were OK - and even offered us additional treats and days out whilst we were there. Highly recommended. We are regular travellers to Vancouver and this is a great, flexible alternative to a hotel and certainly the best property we have stayed in. We will be looking to rent again the next time we are in town !
