Enjoy your stay in this cozy private one-bedroom suite, centrally located in Vancouver. The space features a comfortable queen-size bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

The space
You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay, including:
• A private full bathroom
• A fully equipped kitchen with essentials for cooking and meal prep
• High-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and streaming services
• Easy access to public transit and major routes
• The place is approximately 15–20 minutes from the airport and downtown Vancouver.

Other things to note
A few things to keep in mind before booking:
• A family lives upstairs, and there is a long-term tenant in the suite next door. Some noise transfer is possible, although everyone is generally quiet and respectful.
• The home is located on Fraser Street, which is a busy road, so some traffic noise can be expected.
• There is a cemetery across the street.

The hosts were wonderful and very supportive when the airline lost our luggage. Very easy access by bus to the Waterfront and the public transport system. Restaurants and groceries within easy walking distance. Bed very comfortable and basically everything you need for an enjoyable stay - thank you.

We had a lovely stay for one night before catching our cruise. Only hiccup was uber driver dropped us at the wrong address and with it being dark we did not see the house number on the fence post behind the house. A lovely neighbor helped us out. Beautiful stay.

My adult daughter and I stayed here while getting her living situation set up for studies at UBC. The owner is so thoughtful and hospitable and filled the apartment with all kinds of touches to make you feel right at home. We had all we needed for cooking our meals. It is on a busy street, so it's convenient for busses. If you have a car, there's a parking spot in the back so you don't have to look for a one on the street. The bed was very comfortable and my daughter slept on the pull-out couch, which she found firm, but comfortable enough. This location was central location to the campus, the airport, Granville Island, Richmond and other commercial areas for shopping. The beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park is in walking distance. It was a great stay!

Anilu was an amazing host! She and her family were so kind and accessible. The place was spotless, and Anilu provided many snacks and considerate items that made our time there extra special. We highly recommend this place which is very convenient to downtown Vancouver, restaurants and places of interest we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!
