Very lovely home

We had an awesome time surprising a friend in town. They stopped by and we enjoyed the pool and played games. The location was no more than 20 mins to all of our favorite stops. Only thing is there was a gecco in one of the bedrooms that freaked us out. But he disappeared lol and we enjoyed our stay. No fault to owner...welcome to Florida!! Home was very clean and spacious.

Home in Cape Coral

Home was beautiful. In an area that was okay. Noted several homes on the block that needed repair, also noted numerous vehicles parked on the street that made it hard to maneuver at times. Was disappointed that it did not have the conoes as listed when I rented the home, and the paddle boat was water logged. It did have 2 fishing poles but no tackle. Even with those things this home was very relaxing especially the pool.

Great canal front/pool home!!

Beautiful house with everything you need! We had an amazing time staying at this property. From the moment we walked in we were happy. House had pretty much everything you need to not even have to leave during your stay other than for groceries/food. Pool area was nice, and being on the canal was a nice bonus. Owners responded to any communication quickly. We would definitely stay again in the future ☀️☀️☀️ Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!

Living it up

What a fantastic property with polite and responsive owners. Any info about the home and surrounding area was right at our fingertips. We loved the location and experiencing a little bit of life on a canal. Beautiful property inside and out! Hope to return in the future.

Great House for a Quick Getaway

The overall impression of the house was great! Clean, in a good neighborhood and being on the canal was awesome! The owners were very responsive as well. I do feel the house could have been better stocked with some simple items, nut overall an excellent house for a quick getaway!!

Family vacation

Great place to make great memories. Visited the beach, boating, movie nights, and mermaiding! Thank you for allowing us in your home. It is beautiful and location is amazing.

Great Vacation Home

Centrally located to al your needs. Plenty of room and loved the pool. The only thing that could have been better was if it was easier to get in and out to the boat ramp and ocean. But we enjoyed the scenic 45 min ride out to the Gulf. Great boat dock. Would rent the house again! Owners were very responsive to my questions.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. No contact check in, house was very clean! Our favorite was the heated pool. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home!

We had a great stay at this home. The property was very clean and updated! The owner was amazing at communication, giving clear check-in instructions, and promptly responded to any questions we had during our stay. Due to colder temps and wind, the pool wasn’t able to keep up for heating which was a disappointment for my kids, but the pool area was beautiful and the outdoor kayaks and bikes a nice bonus. The owner was very accommodating with a few small things that came up, and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

Our family stayed for a week in this beautiful house. It was located within 30 minutes of everything Fort Myers had to offer. It was well laid out and each of the rooms were comfortable for a week long stay. Downsides were: House appeared professionally cleaned but we found trash around the pool and bathrooms that still had markings from prior use. The pool was heated however I would have paid more to increase the temperature during the time of year I visited and one of the rear storm doors was unable to be secured as.it appeared to be falling off the framing. House uses Google Chrome for the televisions to stream from your phones or IPad so be prepared.

Excellent time in Cape Coral

Nice comfy beds, excellent pool and patio for grilling. AC went out and was quickly fixed within a few hours. Great place to stay.

Ultimate relaxation and comfort house!

Having the pool AND the dock on the canal are the two prime amenities we were looking for and the price was more than reasonable. Nice people to deal with, too. I highly recommend this house!

Spent the entire month of March in Cape Coral at this very nice house in a very convenient location. Used the pools and Kayaks almost daily. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/etc.... Nicholas and Ashley are quick to respond to questions, and have information about things to se/do and restaurants readily available in the house. Will be back...

We had a wonderful experience in Cape Coral

We had amazing stay last week in Cape Coral Florida. The property was absolutely beautiful and the homeowners were incredibly attentive where needed but also gave us the space that we needed to enjoy relax in our vacation home. Immediately upon arrival we found the space comfortable and relaxing that provided us everything we were looking for in a home away from home as well as the interior of the home had all the much-needed essentials to make our stay comfortable. We didn’t want for anything or lack for nothing during our time in Southwest Florida.
