Hot tub was nice. It's not 100% private. Close to the beach. My husband and I had a great time. Kitchen has everything you would need. We cooked most meals there. Massage chair made a weird noise when we tried to use it so we didn't try it again.

Very clean, well appointed. Great quiet location walkable to bay front, beach, and Nye beach. Hot tub a huge plus, massage chair too—despite having seen better days (and some stripped gears). Would happily rebook!

Ocean View

This was our first time staying with Vrbo. After cleaning fees ita about the same as a hotel, but we enjoyed our stay so much! It was nice being able to grill dinner and bake some brownies while looking at the ocean. The lady upstairs was very nice as well. Was sad to go back home.

Good experience

Everything was expected based on the description, and things worked smoothly other than the massage chair which made very loud and strange noises. It was a good location and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and overall it was decent but there were a few issues that should be known. 1. We had an extremely hard time getting the property to stay a decent temperature. 2 of the windows appear to have drafts coming in like the windows weren’t flashed correctly and with it being 45 degrees outside made for a very chilly stay even cranking the heat to 80. 2. The bathroom is literally doll sized. The sink was the shortest sink I have ever seen and was unusable for most purposes and we ended up using the kitchen sink for our night time routines. The shower was also undersized and clunky. Overall it wasn’t terrible but we dealt with enough issues that we probably wouldn’t book again

Great value, nice location

Very close to the beach and with some partial ocean views. We could clearly hear waves crashing on beach, which was great. It was very windy at the beach but was fine at residence. Quiet neighborhood. Upstairs tenant did not disturb us and was not loud. We liked the deck. We didn’t cook but kitchen looked sufficient with a full size fridge, coffee makers and other various small appliances’s. The massage chair got a good bit of use and the hot tub was appreciated. Maybe it is a little rustic, but was comfortable and spacious. It was a great value being relatively inexpensive. I would stay there again.

Access review

Two things: While the directions sent to us were OK, trying to find the place with car navigation is difficult. Emphasize using your directions not navigation. The place is not very disabled friendly. Make sure this is clear.

Inexpensive and a great value!

First, the low point... and there's really only one. This property is a bit dated in design and decor. That's it... The positives: beautiful sunset view through a nice gap in trees. Big, high quality massage chair. VERY HIGH QUALITY MATTRESSES w/ adjustable bases. (So many short term rental beds are terrible) nice and private hot tub. Even if dated, it was very clean. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would go back to this one.

loved the views

The bed was super soft and comfortable. The deck had wonderful views. The outside deck chairs were rusted but seemed to be fairly sturdy but won't for much longer.

Good for the price

We showed up shortly after the 4pm check-in time and it was still being cleaned. This was annoying after many hours in the car but not a big deal to come back 30 minutes later. It is a good value overall, the views are better than than the pictures in the listing. It is within walking distance or a short drive to some of the best parts or Newport.

Great Stay at Blue Pacifica

We (two couples-mid 60's-2 cars) had a great 4 night stay as we helped family in the area prepare to move. The home is located in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood very close to Nye Beach, restaurants & services. We enjoyed cooking, utilizing the great BBQ & deck & enjoyed a great dinner at Pacific Kitchen at Nye Beach. We walked there. The home is spacious, nice views, comfortable furniture, hot tub and massage chair. The two king sized beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & would rent and return here again.

Nice Spot

We thought the house was nice. It was a perfect size for our family. The neighbors were friendly and we never saw the upstairs tenant. It is a close to all the things we wanted to see and places we wanted to eat. My husband walked everywhere from the house. It is on a bit of a hill but that didn’t bother us. Parking is tight if you have more than one vehicle. I’d say there really only is parking for one if you have an SUV or a truck. There isn’t any counter space in the bathroom so it was a bit tight in there when trying to get everyone ready in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and exploring all that Newport had to offer. Hopefully we will be back!
