Only a 10-minute walk to Beverly Beach State Park, where you can stroll forested trails or relax on the sand. Centrally located, the home is a 10-minute drive from both Depoe Bay Scenic Park (north) and Yaquina Bay State Park (south) — perfect for exploring the best of the central Oregon Coast.

The place was spotless! We really enjoyed the layout of the house. Everyone had their own private space to sleep. Kitchen had everything you need. Would highly recommend.

The place was clean and big enough for large group. It worked well for our needs it was a short stay. Hottub wasn't very useful due to the location, no privacy from the neighbors. Location was good to easily get to Newport and Depot bay.

The Beverly Beach House is in a quiet neighborhood that is extremely close to all of the beaches we wanted to go to - Beverly Beach, Agate Beach, Devil’s Punchbowl, and the tide pools at Otter Rock. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining table and area are spacious, the beds and bedding are all very comfortable, the upstairs deck and view are delightful, the gigantic tv is great, and we had a wonderful family weekend. Our hosts were easy to work with, very responsive and helpful.

The best beach house we have ever rented for our annual family vacation. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, amenities.The beds are so comfortable, the linens clean and there was plenty of extra pillows and bedding.We loved the beauty of Beverly Beach and will likely return to this beautiful, well maintained home.We can’t thank you enough

Really nice house and great for two families with small kids. Kitchen is fully stocked. View from the deck is amazing. Beach access was an easy drive and the hot tub was small but clean and perfect for us.

We had a very pleasant stay at this VRBO. The location was excellent and served us well a 15-minute walk just above Beverly Beach. It's also a very short drive to Depoe Bay or Yaquina Head, and the 3 main grocery stores in Newport. We never saw an arcade room, but wouldn't have used it anyway - way too much to see and do in the Newport area. There was also lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We had to contact the owner a few times, but we got back immediate and courteous feedback.
