Family of 8, fit comfortably and everything was beautiful and perfect minus elevator issues. Property and location was perfect we will definitely stay at Sea Wind again!

RELAXING

The room was clean. The view was amazing. The maintenance staff were extremely thorough and kind. After getting a couple things fixed our stay was a blast. I highly recommend this property for any family during vacation!

Seawind stay

Loved the location. Elevators are horrible, this place is too big for just 2 elevators. Often would wait over 10 min to get the elevator. A few amenities that should be in condo were missing or did not work correctly like toaster and vacuum. No pot holders or dust pan. Door swelled for some reason and could not shut the door. Overall great experience except elevators which is not the owners fault.

Very nice place. Floors were swept but very dirty. After spilling a drink, had to use one of the towels to clean it up. Towel was black afterwards. Needs to be better stocked.

Fun Family Vacation Propertg

We spent the week in this gorgeous condo. It’s steps to the beach with beautiful views. The complex provided everything we needed from carts to help take luggage and groceries up to salt and pepper in the condo. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The condo was very nice and clean. I would stay there again.

The rooms were very nice. Our stay was comfortable and cozy. Nice view of the ocean and we had everything to make our stay as wonderful as could be. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was extremely disappointed that the pool wasn't filled until the last day of our stay. The indoor/outdoor pool was the primary reason I booked this location as I was traveling with someone that has a sun allergy. Also, trying to catch an elevator was almost impossible. We found ourselves planning our day around when an elevator would be available. Another thing that was very inconivent there were not enough towels or bath rags to accommodate the number of people that the reservation was made for. I understand the need to wash daily but there wasn't even enough for every one for one day. Very disappointing considering the cost of the rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrible. The elevators took forever. Literally. And there was elevator trouble, one night my family (6 of us) entered the elevator from the ground floor, the elevator went up a legs floors and then malfunctioned and dropped floor by floor down. It was terrifying. And to top it off, it was the elevator that the emergency call sign was gone from. I have pictures for reference. And then when we told the security guy, he didn’t seem to care at all-which is fitting because when I told them about the mouse poop that was in kids’ bedroom that was there when we got there, it stayed there our entire stay. No one came and cleaned it up. It was disgusting and not safe. Also, you get one roll of toilet paper. That’s it. Pretty ridiculous.

The condo was very clean and very nice layout. No problems . The only thing that I would suggest is to supply more bath towels and toilet paper. Excellent Stay with only mild issues

We really enjoyed our stay last weekend but we did have a few snags. Our biggest complaint was the floors were VERY dirty! We all had black bottoms of our feet within 15 minutes. I addressed it with a Liquid Life Cleaning member that was cleaning the condo next to ours. He was very kind and apologetic, but said no one would be able to reclean the floors until we checked out. We wore socks or flip flops the rest of the time. Annoying, but doable! The refrigerator keeps getting mentioned in EVERY REVIEW!! IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!! We brought VERY little and it was not properly chillled for almost 2 days on max setting. Please just spend the little bit of money to preserve people's food! The sliding glass door in the master bedroom had been ripped off and just propped up with a screw so it didn't appear broken with just a glance. I also immediately the crew know this so we weren't blamed for it. It was disappointing to no be able to use the balcony entrance from the master, but we survived! All that said......Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Wear and tear and dirty floors happen, I just hope it get addressed for the next guests!! :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture is old and worn as our t as is the cookware. Great view of the ocean great location! The elevators are too small and more non-functional more than they were fully operational. Climbing 13 flights of stairs is not the ideal vacation! However I will be back to enjoy more of the ocean breeze and the r&r!

Clean beautiful room

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the room! Beautifully set up, only downsides were we arrived at 9pm, couldn’t get in the room, had to wait about 45 minutes to gain entry from maintenance who was in the town over, pools were closed we were unaware of, but still charged armband fee, no parking due to people double parking, as well as construction going on a d having it roped off, and lastly prom weekend where lots of teens and parents seemed to be able to just come in and whip in a spot! We notified the front gate and was told to use wheelchair which we frowned upon, but was given no other choice. Charged $30 for parking pass but was never even given a parking pass for our vehicle, at anytime we could have had it towed! With 4 kids, having to wait 45 minutes late at night to get in the room after 5 hours of driving, not happy about that. Also elevator problems, got stuck twice. No tv or wifi, reported that but was told they’d fix it they say we were leaving. Otherwise everything was great! But stuff like that can for sure put a damper on a trip, especially being Mother’s Day weekend.

Reviewer Comments: Considering that my 5 day getaway was cut short due to a family tragedy and wasn’t in the condo for 24 hours I can’t say too much about the condo. But what time we were in it it was nice. Management however keeps sending me emails to review my stay. So let’s just focus on them... I called to tell them that I had to leave due to a family emergency. I was still informed that I had to empty the trash, start the dishwasher and gather all the towels. The last thing you want to be doing is doing all these when you have a 5 hour drive ahead of you to get to your family. You would think management would be a little compassionate and possibly give me some of my money back or at least give me a credit for the portion of my stay that I did not use.

We had to call Liquid Life about the dryer in our condo and they were very friendly and sent someone right out to fix it. They were so easy to work with and communicated with us often. I would definitely consider renting from them again.

Perfect Getaway

The place was clean and made it a great place to stay. The furniture in the living room is definitely on its last leg. But other than that, we will definitely come back to this place! And bring more family!
