We gave 5 years of our business to an ungrateful competitor, earning 340 reviews with a 4.84 of 5 rating. The other service wasn’t for us anymore. We believe VRBO is more professional & respectful to both guests and hosts. VRBO welcomed us, and has thoughtfully reached out to ensure we are comfortably settled in and serviced as a host. VRBO has proven more communicative and helpful in just a few months compared to our five years with that other company.. So, thank you for helping us settle in here. Our current special should help many people experience Tropical Escape whom otherwise might not. Anyone needing a rate reduction for hardship or other reason, just ask. We will listen, and work with you the best we can. Tropical Escape is to be the one place you will always remember.

Perfect stay!

Loved our stay at this perfect property! We travelled for a baseball tournament and this house was perfectly located between baseball parks, the beach and activities. Everything we needed was there and plenty of extras too.

Everything was great. Michael responded as soon as we contacted him. We had to unforunately leave early due to a death but enjoyed our short stay there.

Nice property with privacy from neighbors

Nice property. House is pretty secluded from those around it. Pool and hot tub are great. About 5 miles from downtown Sarasota and 30 minutes out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Great Florida Escape!

This property was perfect for our group of eight. It is secluded enough to feel like you are in a beautiful tropical jungle, yet every amenity you need is within walking distance. Michael is a great host and wants to make sure that you have a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Setting

The house was located on a beautifully landscaped secluded lot with several trees and lush plants. The outdoor lights added a magical glow. There was plenty of room for our group and we were able to set up extra beds as needed. The host was very attentive and even made arrangements to meet with us the next day to retrieve some items we forgot.

Hello, I am Michael, your host. My adult children and I intend for your stay to be memorable. Your accommodations are exceptionally clean, modern, and accessible to the best of Sarasota. We have earned over 340 reviews, averaging 4.8/5 stars. Currently our Tropical Escape is being even more updated, inside and out. This will or already does include: Fitness Trail, 32-FT pool with volleyball, hot tub, air conditioned fitness center, movie room, massage room, and children's playroom. Inside out theme will be changing too. If you don't see pictures of it, those changes are not yet complete. Feel free to ask for status updates. At no time will our updates interfere with your enjoyment of our Tropical Escape.

I bought this home when my children were young, to ensure a safe upbringing in a beautiful and convenient area of Sarasota.

Fortunately we've become a destination for people all over the world. Noted in the news as "The Most Wish-Listed" listing in Sarasota County (2018, ArBnb). During a few events, I've been asked the if the property was a local park. Rest and relaxation, yet convenient to so much of Sarasota. We've hosted 1-night travelers, snow birds, Couples, and Families. Our Tropical Escape has become popular for events too: weddings, retreats, quinceañeras, corporate trainings, reunions, and more. Come see for yourselves - enjoy the difference! We truly are a Tropical Escape.
