We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was so nice to have!! There were a couple of issues (that evidently the owner wasn't aware of as there is a management company that hadn't told him about). He stopped in to drop off something we had requested and asked to see the issues. We left a day early, he texted to say that he was spending the day at the house to fix a couple of things. Very nice man, pleasant to talk to! Our dog really enjoyed playing in the yard. Everything we needed was there (except coffee, fortunately we had taken our own!).

The House was exactly what we hoped for and expected. Nicely appointed, great Pool and backyard. Only true issue was the heaviness and inconvenience the sliding glass door to the patio is. Clearly too heavy, not easily sliding…Get an option to allow it to be open (hanging screen panels) you can walk in and out through to allow for the door to be kept open. Otherwise, amazing place. Love the communal items left for use in kitchen. We purchased and “paid forward” a Baking sheet and oven mits. Owners were very communicative and available. All was good, just fix the slider. We had a very nice time relaxing by the pool and cooking out. Our dog had the run of the backyard which was great. Our host Robert was very attentive and helpful. The only thing was the sliding door it was a beast. We were very near beaches bars and grocery.

Great Trip

We loved our week long say in this location. The house was centrally located, well stocked, and had great amenities. The pool was fantastic, and having the washer and dryer was a wonderful boon while travelling.

perfect location. perfect for families

stayed and explored sarasotta while staying at a place locared between many popular beaches. house stocked with games, pools toys, and basic kitchen supplies so it was a great place to bring kids home to after days of exploring.

Long weekend staycation

We had a very nice weekend in this home in Sarasota. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only things keeping from being a 5 star property are that it was right by the airport, so planes were continually flying over and the 1/2 ply toilet paper. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful home and the pool was fabulous!

Family vacation

The location was awesome, so close to so many great beaches and restaurants, the pool was used everyday, loved the outdoor space. The inside was nice but the beds were not comfortable, I think the mattresses need replaced. The space was nice for us, the owner was very responsive with the few issues we ran into.

We were here visiting an Aunt, we wanted something roomy and with a pool. This place had it all. The house was well cared for, clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The backyard was clean and the pool eas perfect. The only complaint would be the planes do fly over but honestly not a big deal and nothing anyone can do about thst. Plenty of restaurant choices. We enjoyed the Ramada tiki bar. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Quiet Family Get Away

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Enough space for my family of 4. We loved the back patio, think we spent the majority of our time sitting by the pool, kids swam all day, every day. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Information in home was well labeled and we appreciated the restaurant recommendations in the guest book.

Cute little house

We were in town for a soccer tournament. 2 families stayed comfortably. The house had all of our needs. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets and fans. The backyard was perfect with a pool, grill, and outside furniture. The check in and check out process was a breeze.

The location of this property is perfect for everything! Close to beaches, shopping, groceries and all the things!Communication with the owner seemed to be ok if a “positive” question was asked. For instance, I asked if the pool light could be turned on. I did not receive a response. But, when I asked for a light bulb it was delivered immediately. Also dropped off bee spray after my request. I expressed how nice the pool was and the master bathroom, but shared some disappointment with the 2nd bathroom. I did not receive a response. The tub was peeling and the shower head was too low for my son. He isn’t a giant. About 5’8”. But the tub was not something we were going to use. So the 4 of us using the master bathroom was a bit trying. But, the master bath was very nice!They were equipped with all the amenities needed for DAYS at the beach! Perfect chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, beach towels and a nice beach bag. That was much appreciated. The major downside was the cleanliness. Our bath mats were very dirty. There was a women’s swimsuit liner in the master bathroom upon our arrival. The rug on the lanai had a lot of dog or cat hair on it. And the pool area really needed to be washed off. We did it no problem. It just needs a few updates. Other than that it was great! Pool temperature was perfect!!! Along with the floaters for the pool. And the chaise lounge chairs to lay out on. Aside from needed updates and some cleanliness issues it was a great time staying there.
