Great Place

Very clean upon arrival. Fantastic location in our opinion. Easy stroll to beach restaurants and shops. Great pool. Has everything you need or want (and more). Like it's own Private compound. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Beach Vacation

We had an amazing time on our 4th of July beach vacation. The house was clean, large, and all the amenities were great! They even had a pack n play, kids toys, and a booster seat. With three small kids this was the perfect rental with a pool. Also it was walking distance to the beach.

Fantastic Experience. Great place to stay.

Upon arrival the AC was not working correctly. Contacted Vacasa after hours call service who had a technician out immediatley. AC was fixed promptly. The property was perfect for My family. The pool was excellent. The walk to the beach was not terrible.

Poor Property Management/Older Appliances

We left early due to older faulty refrigerator that did not keep our food cold. We had to throw out all our food. After 24 hours of notice of fridge problems, property manager sent out a smelly, dirty, wobbly mini-fridge. No one ever followed back up with us. Just know this is an older property and local property manager customer service is poor if you have problems.

Great location and layout!

The house itself is perfect for a larger group and families. The layout is nice. 5 bedrooms and Having 3 bathrooms was great also. The beds weren’t the best and the floors definitely need a good cleaning. We hand to buy a mop because we couldn’t take how dirty the floors were. But the bathrooms and rooms were very clean otherwise. The house could use some updates. The back patio with the pool were fantastic. We paid for heating and the last day the pool heater shut off l. We called Vacasa but there wasn’t much they could do. They send a rep but he said he had nothing to do with the pool heat. So that was a bummer (considering we paid for that) we used the grill and the bikes in the garage. Overall it was a great stay with room for improvement!

Fun time

The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was fantastic,the weather was bad one day but what a good pool day. The only draw back was the trolley is quite a walk and for us conservatives the house blocks Fox News channel.

Great house for larger groups

Overall, this was a great house for a larger group. The layout of the house is great, with the bedrooms isolated in the back, and easy access to the pool from both the back bedroom/living space and front areas. Walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. There were some issues with the window/door alarms, and maintenance was still there at check in. Some issues were not fixed (a broken closet door), but nothing mission critical. Some issues with entry/exit in that we couldn’t lock the front door using the door code. Only unlock. The floors are pretty dirty (visible dirt on feet when walking barefoot and accumulation on socks), so they could do a better job mopping between stays. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, cookware, etc., but not with basic staples for cooking like salt/pepper, oil, etc. None of this is a major concern, just room for improvement.

Great house and location, minor maintenance issues need to be addressed

We have stayed at this house multiple times and love the location and layout for our large family. Unfortunately, on this trip we encountered some maintenance issues which show that the local team is not doing a good job staying on top of property repairs. For instance, the grill has a leak at the primary valve making it unsafe to use and we never received a response to getting it fixed though a new tank of gas was delivered. Also, several blinds need to be replaced, the master bathroom pocket door does not properly close and there are electrical issues with the lighting posts around the pool. Fingers crossed these issue are addressed, we will hopefully be back soon.

Great location

Very close to beach and restaurants. Roomy loving room. Having 3 full bathrooms was nice. We paid the extra and heated the pool and it was worth the extra cost.

Au Soleil Dec. trip

We loved everything! The layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor area and pool area was excellent. The Murphy bed was very comfortable to sleep on. All the brochures, guides, maps and manuals were extremely helpful. Vacasa was great to work with. The pool guy was very nice. We loved the walk to the beach, and the beach itself. There are a ton of little extras throughout the house. Everything was in great working order. The starter set up was great. My family always wants to try different things each trip, but I want to comeback. The family ALL loved the house, and our trip ended on a positive note.

Relaxing Oasis

We had such a great time here. The house was so beautiful and clean. Very large and spacious. My whole family had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the house so much. We had a minor issue with the pool alarm. Vacasa was so easy to deal with. Quick response and amazing communication. I am looking forward to renting here in the future.

Loved this house!

This was a great house with plenty of room for 6 of us. We loved the pool oasis! One thing the owners can’t help is the required window alarms. We had one go off during the night because it fell off of the wall and another to go off during the night because the battery was low. That was so annoying. Overall, we had a good experience. Just a short walk to the beach.

Girls Getaway

Wonderful property and great location - even better than the pictures! Perfect space for five college sorority sisters celebrating our 65th birthdays this year. Open floor plan with lots of windows and plenty of comfortable seating. Outdoor pool was fabulous with plenty of chaise lounges and a covered outdoor seating area. We will definitely book this property again!!!

Great house, perfect location

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spacious for a family of 7 adults. It was in a quiet residential area but close enough to walk or ride bikes to the beach, shops and eating places. The backyard had beautiful landscape around the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Great Value at the Price

This is the best place we have stayed in on Anna Maria Island in our 15 years of visiting. The house, pool, amenities, and location are top-notch. The extras, specifically the bikes are in poor condition, but it wouldn't take much to bring them and any of the other items noted up to par.

Beautiful home pool was great, Would of been nice to have more then 2 beach chairs that worked. I did call about possibly getting a few more at the beginning of the week but we never received a phone call back and they were not replaced during our week stay, Also a wagon for taking belongings to the beach would be a great benefit Overall a very beautiful home and plenty of space. Would love to return next year but not sure if it will be affordable. Thanks

Could have been great

We waited an hour to access the house after our 4pm check in time. They offered us later check out and then day of check out told us that it was not approved for us to stay longer. Our washing machine did not work, they sent someone out to look at it and then they said they would come back and never did. They did send us new towels after requesting. Grill had no gas, we requested and they brought. Shame the grill did not heat beyond 250 degrees. Outdoor space was really nice. House was big and nicely spread out. Trip could have been great but the management company really didn’t pull through on this one. Left with a really sour taste on my mouth which is exactly how it felt when we arrived and had to wait

Independence Day 2022

What a terrific property with tons of space and an awesome pool. Easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen supplies were plentiful to cook for eat-in. This was essential because island eateries do not handle 10 people very well and are mobbed for the holiday. Wait times 1.5 to 2.5 hours most nights
