Welcome to Ama Maria! This three-bedroom and two bath canal front home has everything you need to have the best Anna Maria Island vacation ever. It has a private dock that can accommodate a boat up to 26 ft, a ping pong table, a screened-in patio with a saltwater pool, and plenty of seating to enjoy the gorgeous tropical views.

Enjoy good times in the main living space of the house, which features a beach-themed seating area with recliner sofas, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table inside and on the balcony.

The primary bedroom is perfect for getting some restful sleep. It has been decorated with light blue touches to create a serene atmosphere, and it also provides balcony access and an ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The guest rooms are just as peaceful, with comfortable bedding, ample storage space, and TVs for your entertainment. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is also a laundry room that guests can use, complete with a washer and dryer.

This was an adorable home! The location is fantastic. If you happen to be there on a Tuesday there is an adorable farmers market a short walk away. The pool was nice and warm. It's a great area. Highly recommend.

We have rented on AMI several times and 103 pelican had the best house layout and pool of all the houses we’ve stayed at (also nice canal dock where we were entertained by the jumping mullet :) We also enjoyed the ping pong table and cart to bring chairs to the beach. The Sandbar had the best sunsets! We had a great time and are already looking ahead to rent this property next year.

Great property

Nice place for a vacation. My family has tried different houses on Anna Maria, but this is the second time we’ve stayed here and is our favorite. Great location, great pool, family friendly.

Great home very clean

Great experience. The home was very clean and well located. The covered pool area and deck are great. Rented a golf cart, convenient to beach and restaurants. Management was very prompt and professional. Only item of note is the shades on bedrooms along deck don’t provide much privacy. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Best location and amenities.

We live in Florida and have been to AMI several times before, but this is the best location (and property) we have stayed in. A short walk to everything and easy access to the Trolley for longer trips in the island. House is beautiful and has everything you may need. Host was very attentive which is always appreciated. A great experience.

Nice place, dishes were not the best. Too many mismatched glasses/bowels, etc and nothing had a lid to store anything in the refrigerator.. would have been nice to have several pool noodles.

Great place and location. Peaceful and quiet

Great place and hopefully can come back soon! Only issue we had was with the door code not working properly. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Being 72 years old, didn't know how to work the TV but hey, I'm done here for the sun and sand.

Great location - lots of family fun!

Our family of 4 (8 & 10 yr old kids) had a blast at this rental. Great location in the heart of the island. As other reviews noted, the property is dated but comfortable. The pool and backyard deck/patio were great - shaded, screened, & lots of spots to relax. We rented a kayak for the week and having the dock for easy canal access was awesome - short 15-20 min kayak to the open ocean! Would recommend renting a golf cart as well, that made our stay even more fun. Dishwasher and master toilet broke while at rental but property management was responsive - however, they did not communicate or coordinate when maintenance would be arriving to address the issues which led to some inconveniences for us during our stay. Property held up great during Tropical Storm Debby and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location and clean property

Beautiful location and wonderful property! My husband and I traveled with our two children and parents. Perfect accommodations for the 6 of us! We loved the quick bike rides to Bean Point and Pine Ave and enjoyed afternoons in the pool! We were disappointed to find that the property does not have bikes as advertised. We reached out to the property manager prior to our arrival and they said there are 4 adult bikes. When we arrived there was one, 3 wheeled bike with a flat tire. A small hiccup as we had only rented 2 children bikes so we had to book 4 additional Adult bikes once we arrived. Other than the bikes, it was a gorgeous and clean accommodation as advertised!

Great location

We booked this house for my family with young children, specifically for the location and the heated pool. When we arrived the pool was ice cold and after reaching out to property management we were told the heat doesn’t turn on unless it’s 55 degrees or lower outside. After attempting to contact the company via phone instead, they sent a repair man who told us the opposite of what the company told us. long story short after 4 days they had the pool heater fixed and they provided us an accommodation to visit the nearby resort to use their pool. It’s a big bummer we went 4 days without a pool but we’re grateful for the accommodations provided. The location is great and the house was well kept however they provide the absolute bare minimum of trash bags and paper towel etc. they do not provide dish washer tabs or much toilet paper.

Nice home, great location, but dated and cheap on the amenities

Nice sized home, near the end of AMI island, right on one of the AMI canals with a big pool (rare for a rental on AMI) and it's own boat slip. Perfect for a family of 4 who wants to be near the Bean Point beach area and have access to the water for boating around the intercoastal waterway. Pros: - House located on quiet cul-de-sac, in a private area of AMI, within walking distance of main street, beach, docks, and restaurants - Big open kitchen / living room space / bedrooms, with lots of natural light, and comfortable home layout - New kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, dish washer, coffee maker and toaster are all new) - Power leather recliners and couch in living room are super comfortable and an evening highlight - Free cable / internet with an abundance of channels - Outside deck, pool area is comfortable and well lit with string lights and many places to sit and enjoy the outside day and night, without bugs (large screen covering) Cons: - House is dated with old decor and is in need of a modern upgrade - Linens were poor quality, with no extra sets or additional blankets or pillows, and one of the fitted sheet was stained with blood. We had to purchase our own clean sheets, softer bath towels and additional pillows, which we left all of behind (you're welcome) - Master bedroom mattress is old, skinny and uncomfortable. Definitely a negative for a longer stays. - Beach chairs were old and of poor quality, so we purchased 3 nice new ones and left them behind (you're welcome) - No hot tub, which we learned is essential for an AMI house rental during the winter months. It would have been a very welcome addition. - Pool is heated, but it is heated by heat pump, so if the weather is cold the pool will not heat up. This is not ideal for winter month stays. - TVs are old and not smart. Living room for sure could use a newer, much bigger flat smart TV on the wall - No garage door opener remote, which is inconvenient if you have a car or rent a golf cart - Gas grill placement was inconvenient given the distance from the patio stairs. A better position would be under the stairs. - Our one service request was not fulfilled (lower level string lighting stopped working and it was not fixed during our stay despite a promise that it would)

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we had a great time enjoying the ping pong table in the basement and fishing right off the dock. The pool was perfectly maintained and a great temperature, making it a highlight of our trip.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the bay and an easy stroll down to Bean Point. We also appreciated how convenient it was to walk to several nearby restaurants. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely come back!

Great Location, Not very Clean

Location is 4 minutes driving away from Anna Maria Beach, 16 minutes walking; beautiful white sand beaches. The beach nearer to the property was not as nice. The property was very spacious just not very clean. Many of my family members experienced severe allergies from the lack of cleanliness. We found 3 chips behind the couch and a lot of dust/dog hair. Overall, good stay, just wish it was cleaned appropriately.

Christmas Vacation Getaway

We had a great time staying at this property. We found the accommodations to be accurate and the rental service to be very available. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog. Our only FYI for future renters is beware of the sliding glass doors. They have alarms that go off unless disabled and they are really loud.
