The issues you mentioned, including the cleanliness of the shower area, windows, and bed linens, as well as the functionality of the AC, are deeply concerning. We try to come by on on a daily basis and check since this property is so close to the beach where the birds stay. We would have liked to have been given the chance to come by to clean it for you had we received a call. The HOA has just informed us that they will be re-doing the outside and giving the place a fresh lift. Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear about the dog and non residents showing up at the pool. There are rules against both dogs and non residents not to be in the pool area.
