Das Haus ist sauber und man kann sich gut darin aufhalten. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nah, weshalb man alles hört, auch wenn sie nicht laut sind und die Privatsphäre leidet. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön, ansonsten war alles da,was man braucht. Die Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes war super, die Infos zur Anreise kamen für mich mit 4 Tagen vorher zu spät.

Gorgeous, comfortable, great outdoor space.

This place is very private despite neighbors being very close. We heard nothing but landscaping workers all week—and they are quick. Hosts are very responsive. Note there are no TVs, and pay attention to the directions they send. This place is hard to find otherwise!

The Beautiful House is right!

This property is PERFECT!! It has 2 bedrooms with King-size beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Has AC and fans and the POOL!!! It has a private pool that is amazing. You can do laps. There are neighbors on either side but you don't even know it. There are privacy blocks up and it's PRIVATE. Lots of beautiful birds. We stayed Mid March 2025

Decent place. Needs some maintenance. Yard was not worked on for 17 nights we were there. Jeffery and Jose were great. wereare good.

Great House

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. It is a nice walk to the beach and very short drive to town. We can't wait to come back.

Hard to find.

The property itself is very nice albeit very close to neighbors. It was clean and we especially enjoyed the patio. We had a terrible time finding this property. We searched for 3 hours. Part of our problem was that we thought the property was within a few feet to the beach. It isn’t. We would recommend this lovely home with a great outdoor patio and beautiful pool.

Perfection

We stayed here for four nights, in December, during our 14 day Costa Rica adventure. Two couples. We found this beach the best! Easy, quick walk from the house. Several great restaurants and bars right there! Friendly, safe area. Felt very secure. Loved the safe and locking gate. About $4 to enter beach area, but very worth the upkeep and trails. Whale tale is a jaunt but sooo worth it! The ocean water is bath temp with safe swimming (no under tows) everywhere. Lots of falls to explore just a few minutes drive. Great grocery stores very near. We went all over the country and liked these relaxing, ocean days the best. Pool was great. And laundry! The howler monkeys were near and McCaws everywhere. Lots of wildlife. Plus a couple of neighborhood cows. Dead end neighborhood was a bonus. Don't miss out on this great house! We're coming back! Manuel Antonio Park is not too far from here, but book online and don't believe the guys saying you have to park at the beach cause it's full....bit of a scam.

Cahuita Peace

Lovely well kept property. Enjoyed the pool. Great location for our stay. First time on the Caribbean side. The house exceeded our expectations. Clean Linens. Around 1/2 hr to Punta Uva beach. We enjoyed dining in Cahuita at Las Olas. 7 days 6 nights. Here will be our preferred residence. Sloth Sanctuary 15 minutes way. Jaguar rescue 45 minutes. Lots of great dining in Puerta Viejo. Recommend Soul Surfer for a burger. Pizza Boruca had delicious light crust. Nothing bad about property, But traffic in San Jose is nightmare material. 5 hrs to and from. Less money to fly into Liberia, but 6.5 hrs drive time. Waze app was better to find things, but Garmin with South American chip is great to mark and refind. Pura Vida. David G

Wonderful Home with private pool!

We wanted this house because of the pool. What we got was a pool larger than it looked, a beautiful, gorgeous view, and a wonderfully clean and comfortable house. I am so glad we stayed here. I wished we could have stayed longer. We saw several toucans in the trees, geckos, and even agutes on the property. They were all a delight to watch. The dining table outside was a dream to sit at and eat while admiring the beauty or watching my family in the pool. The only small consideration is that wifi was a bit spotty while we were there. We didn’t need it very often so I didn’t inquire about it, if I would have there could likely be an easy solution for better wifi.

Not as advertised, ask questions!

We booked for a week and stayed 1 night. Unlike the pictures, the house had another house a few feet away on each side. The kitchen did not have 1 glass and few pots/pans to cook with. Implied in the ad was a walking path to the beach but there was none.

Maison avec intimité très bien entretenue dans un très bel environnement.

Belle propriété bien située mais un peu trop près des voisins qui écoutent la télé toute la journée et qui font des travaux de rénovation. Manque un peu d’équipements pour cuisiner. Excellent service du propriétaire.

Nice place

We had a car, and found this location to be quite convenient. Enjoyed private pool. Everything worked. Bed was fine, shower, bathroom, air conditioning all good. Pool guy not only cleaned out the pool, he hung bananas low enough for us to either eat them as they ripened, or watch birds go after them. I enjoyed watching a toucan on a tall tree out in the back area. Bring your binoculars. Lots of dining options in a 1/4 mile radius.

Modern, comfortable, Jungle Home

I will stay in this home anytime I'm in Cahuita. It is very nice, it is very clean, it has an amazing backyard and is very comfortable in every way. Quiet, safe, great location. The wife I was very spotty but it is that way in most parts in that area of the country.
