Hi Ty for nice reviews We are unable to really do much with Shoreline due to the area which has been here since early 00's If we could we would However, weve been swimming since the 50s and we loved it no matter the shale beach We only wanted to swim swim swim! Best to you all! Ardie G

We enjoyed having your group here at Watch Point. Yes, grocery stores restaurants are a10-20 min ride since we are right at the waters edge of Champlain but it's a beautiful ride through Apple country! Come again! Thanks! A & M

Hi, We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience here. We believe that you were expecting a Lake George atmosphere which as stated in our description it's out in the country with beautiful views, property,privacy, fishing, boating, swimming, relaxing atmosphere vs a fast paced,bar scene, type of environment. We have had wonderful reviews over the past ten years and yours is the first one to complain. You mentioned the porch light, as suggested to you you may want the light turned off so as not to draw bugs , you folks did use the hot tub since we had other guests who said they must be having fun in the hot tub cuz they're awfully noisy!! (After 10 pm they said)The linens were described as "not providing " unless requested, and 1 pillow with a bit of a stain was removed for you. We believe you were just expecting the fast paced NYC life/atmosphere and decided from the get go that you didn't like being in the country. As far as monitoring what you folks did/didn't do, we can not view the cottage you stayed in from where we are. We understand that you folks wanted a different type of night life than you would find here as we previously stated. Tom,Kelly, Ardie
