Great overnighter in Eugene

We stayed overnight to make our Easter trip to the parents house easier. The house worked great to prep all the Easter food and allow us to relax in the hot tub before heading to bed. Great location and very nice house.

Great place to stay in Eugene

This house was clean and comfortable. The beds were good the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The house was perfect for our visit. Plus, the neighborhood was super nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming and cozy house with perfect location

We had three couples stay at this home for UO family weekend and loved the location and were able to walk to everything. The house is so cozy, well equipped with everything you need and was so charming. We'd love to stay there again!

Great family place

Walking distance to everything, university which by boys loved because they could sports on the turf, restaurant, markets, basketball court. House was cozy and comfortable.

Great location for a football weekend

Great location and comfortable house. We enjoyed sitting on the cozy back patio. Walking distance to campus and about a 45 minute walk to Autzen (probably faster than driving with all the traffic). Couple good restaurants and a bodega 2 blocks away. We had a great weekend.

House in Quiet Neighborhood

This house was close to U of O campus and near a couple of historic parks. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Excellent property that we would highly recommend for a visit to Eugene.

Perfect spot for access to U of O

We loved the house. It had all the ammenities we needed. (Though, we did have to hun for 3-pronged outlets.) The house is charming, fully-equipped, watm, inviting, and full of anything we needed. We loved it.

Great location.

Quaint home and neighborhood and a perfect spot for us to walk to the campus and watch the Olympic trials. My only criticism would be lack of attention to cleaning of floors which needed vacuuming and sweeping. Also, missing fitted sheets on the bed. Beautiful gardens!

Home location is perfect for UO parents! The character of house is wonderful. The Neighborhood is great. Unfortunately the house is neglected, needs serious cleaning and should be stocked with correct cleaning supplies for dishwasher, new sponges, etc.

Cottage with a view

This home does not disappoint. The view is captivating and the finishes are comfortable and inviting. The only small issue would be if people have trouble with stairs. There are stairs to enter and all rooms are either up or down a flight of stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us but wanted to note it. Love, love, love this amazing getaway.

Outside seating area needs some help!

Inside of house was exactly as pictured. It was small but cozy. Location was great. Only drawback was the courtyard. Pictures on the website are misleading. I was really hoping to use the courtyard to grill and hang out with family in Oregon's beautiful summer weather, but the courtyard looks like no one has touched it all year. It was very overgrown and filthy. Complained to property manager but problem was not resolved before we checked out. I was very disappointed for being mislead.

Great location.

The place was as listed and the check in and out was easy. The location was so close to great food and access to U of O. The beds and living area is comfortable. The garage was also a plus. The downside was that the place was not cleaned well. There were scraps of food in the corners of the home and when we arrived, there was half a coffee pot full of old coffee along with the grounds in the coffee maker. There was an empty water bottle left by a bed and what looked like chocolate stains on the red and white maple leaf quilt. I think they should hire new cleaners because some of the other reviewers mentioned similar things. The cleanliness was really the only issue but it’s kind of a big one. If they got the fixed, the place would be 4 or 5 star.

Things could have been dusted better, lots of dust bunnies under bed and some on walls/ceilings. Had to open windows bc of the heat and sills were a bit dirty. Lawn care crew came early on our last morning and woke us all- wish they could have scheduled that better.But overall charming cottage and great stay- we will book again!!!

Love this Place

We have stayed at this home more than once and it never disappoints. Perfect location, great house, easy walking distance to everything we want to do. Plenty of room inside and out to spread out and enjoy.

Great Location

The location of this rental is ideal for a group looking to wander into campus and enjoy local eateries. The house fit 6 people very comfortably, and had all the amenities to make the stay easy and comfortable.
