1. Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vaping, and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside our home. Due to the difficulty of removing smoke odors, violations will result in a $500 fine

2. Footwear and Furniture Policy:
- Shoes are to be worn outdoors only; disposable indoor slippers are provided for your comfort.
- Please refrain from placing dirty feet or jumping on furniture.

3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially in outdoor spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.

4. Check-Out Procedures:
- Leave the house the way you found it (no need to make or strip beds).
- Place used towels in the bathtub or shower.
- Ensure dishes are placed in the dishwasher or sink.
- Take trash and recycling out to the bins provided.

5. Extra Guests Policy: Reservations exceeding 4 guests will incur an additional fee of $50 per person, per night. Please ensure accurate guest counts when booking.

6. Pet Policy:
- A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog (up to two dogs) per stay applies to any dog on the premises, whether staying overnight or visiting.
- Dogs should not be left unattended unless crate-trained. A spacious crate is provided for their safety and comfort.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.

7. No Events or Parties: Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed on the property. This policy helps us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors.

8. Cancellations allowed up to 30 days before arrival but a 5% credit card and processing fee will be charged
• NO SMOKING indoors ($500 fine) Note: Smoking is permitted outside the property; however, any lingering smoke that permeates into the interior of the property will result in a fine.

• Your furry companions are more than welcome here! We happily accommodate up to two dogs during your stay, with a fee of $150 per dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog (up to two dogs) per stay applies to any dog on the premises, whether staying overnight or visiting.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.

• We kindly request that dogs not be left unattended during your stay, unless they are crate-trained. For your convenience, we also offer a spacious crate to ensure your pet`s comfort and safety.
