Pam and Eric have thought of everything for this gorgeous apartment. Loved my stay in the heart of Hallowell. The gas fireplace was so cozy on a rainy day! Clean, close to the downtown shops, and really wonderful accommodations. Thank you! Will be back next time I’m in town.

Homey in Hallowell

We loved our stay in Hallowell! Convenient location, away from the main drag. Easy to go visit family and friends in other towns. Spacious enough to have our friends come over after dinner out to continue fellowship.

Beautiful space with great a/c on a hot summer day. Perfect location to walk to Water Street but just far enough to avoid the noise. Sweet deck overlooking beautiful garden. Really thoughtful amenities.

Very homely with an authentic vibe. Ideally located in a nice town location. Great for travelling in Maine. If I was being picky then attention to the cleaning regime would be recommended, kitchen cupboard doors, kettle were a little greasy. Also information regarding trash would be helpful. Clear signage to ensure that guests staying in the ground floor property did not try to access this unit is required. All in all a great place to stay and would happily return.

Great Stay!

We rented this lovely apartment for two weeks and it worked perfectly for us. You're just one block from stores to browse, yummy restaurants and a good (too good!) bakery. Strong wifi made it easy to work remotely. We happily made great use of the nearby bike/walking trail. Thank you, Pam!

Overnight Trip

This was such a peaceful and beautiful retreat. There were so many comforts included in our stay- the kitchen was stocked perfectly to support a simple meal, beverages were available, and the bathroom had everything you need. We were so impressed and wish that our stay could have been much much longer!

Eric and I live in Hallowell and are available for any questions or concerns. I (Pam) am a pediatric occupational therapist and enjoyed giving travelers a wonderful place to stay and enjoy our special city.

This apartment is located right in downtown Hallowell where there is some of the best restaurants and pubs in Central Maine. It is less then 5 minutes from the State House and 10 minutes from MaineGeneral.

Why stay in a hotel off the highway with only one restaurant when you can stay in a beautiful apartment with a fireplace, deck and lots of entertainment options. If you're looking for more bedrooms, look up our 2 bedroom apartment; "Two Bedroom Mid Century Modern apartment in Downtown Hallowell" or you can rent the whole house which can sleep 10.
