Overall, the house was great for a group of friends: lots of space to visit, a beautiful view, comfortable, and clean. But many of the policies around the management of it left us wanting to not stay here (or possibly with any of the homes managed by this company?) again: we were left with insufficient amounts of toilet paper, when the marginal cost to include a generous supply would be a few dollars and we paid almost ten thousand for the stay; similarly, the sponges were literally half-sized (cut in half?) and difficult to wash anything with due to their diminutive nature. We had to fend for ourselves for a pack-and-play for a toddler, despite it being exactly the kind of home where it would be reasonable to have one, leading us to believe they don't for some similar reason.
We had small qualms with the property itself, most namely that the huge primary window has zero blinds or sheers (retractable or otherwise) meaning that it would be immediately too hot during the morning in the summer, even before anyone was awake. This would be a significant improvement in guest comfort, although it would come at a larger expense than providing full-sized sponges for guests, and if they're too cheap to do that, I wouldn't expect it.
Lots of floating toys were available in the garage; most of them leaked air.
