クリアウォータービーチに残った数少ない“ ma＆pa”場所のひとつ。 小さく、居心地がよく、友好的で、家族は40年間運営しました。 私たちは島の北端に位置する10種類のアパートを持つ小さなアパートです。 建物はすべてのものへ徒歩圏内です。 ビーチ、レストラン、ショップ、ピア60、そしてマリーナ。 あなたが本当に冒険したい場合に備えて、トロリーは私たちの建物のすぐ前に立ち寄ります。 アパートメントにはクイーンサイズベッド1台、フルサイズのリビングルーム、設備の整ったキッチンがあります。

The location was perfect for our stay! 2 blocks to the beach and close to tons of restaurants. We especially enjoyed ending our evenings out on the little dock. Just make sure you have bug spray!

Would not suggest anyone stay here as property needs major renovation. 9 apartments but we were the only ones there. One apartment door held closed by a sandbag. 3 dead roaches in kitchen cabinet, broken light switches. Too bad, location is fine.

Great beach house

Everything you need to stay in Clearwater for a weekend is this house. It’s 1 block away from the beach, super clean, it has a little dock with a couple chairs and an excellent view, private parking… just perfect

Perfect Vacation Location

The building is on a block of two away from the main strip with lots of restaurants as well as the beach. Check in and out was seamless and super easy.

Perfect location

This was a cute little place on the north beach. Right on the bay and a block from the beach. Also within walking distance to everything! Will stay there again for sure!

We were very lucky to find this place for our vacation...It's right by the bay, you are literally right down the street from the beach...The place was cute & very clean the owners were very nice as well...me & my wife enjoyed it tremendously!

Loved being able to lay out and get sun on the deck and the lounge chairs that are already there for my convenience. Windy beach days made that nice! Very cool hidden gem.

Nice staycation

We are local but not close enough to the beach local. This was a very low traffic spot just a 5-10 minute walk from everything Clearwater has to offer. Next time I’ll bring my fishing pole, definitely recommend this location!

Old property current owners are trying to keep up but maybe a bit much to ask. While unit was clean it was very musty! Nice location, quiet but leaves a lot to be desired even at price.

Bay Royal vacation

Minutes walking from white sand beach, shops and restaurants. Funky cool dock overlooking bay - great for morning coffee / late night cocktails. Friendly resident cat and Great Egret. We had a great time. Recommended! J and K
