A superb Villa. Spotlessly clean, well furnished are very spacious.The hosts are a charming couple.All the fitments and furnishings were in good condition and all rooms well appointed.Easy 10 minute walk into the town with lots of excellent shops cafes and restraunts.The Villa is located in a lovely quiet area on the edge of town and a one minute walk to the beautiful countryside.Best villa/gite of the many we have stayed in over the years.Highly recommended

Excellent, well looked after property.

This is a very modern, well equipped property. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with.We loved the outside eating area and pool, plus the fact that it was so tranquil and private.This was our first visit to Vaison and it is a great town. Lots of bars with terraces on the main square, great market and numerous restaurants at various price points all within walking distance.

Another fantastic stay at this well appointed house with pool in a great location.

This is our second stay in two years at this property and it provides everything we could possibly need. The owners make the booking process really easy and are there to meet us and when we depart. They welcomed us on both cast with a lovely bottle of wine. The house is very well appointed and has everything you need to a high standard. It is clean and well appointed. The gardens are spacious and lead up steps to a beautiful pool with sun beds around it. As we were staying later in the season we opted for the pool heating which came at additional cost but was well worth it. The electric gates to the driveway make for a secure place to keep the car. The house is in a quite residential area and is a 10-15 minute stroll down into Vaison La Romaine with its amazing Roman ruins, and medieval “old town”. The town has some great restaurants and you won’t want for food and drink options. Vineyards are a plenty in the area and if you like wine, you won’t be disappointed. Overall, we can thoroughly recommend both this property and the area. We will no doubt be back to stay again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Provence. Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, tolle Landschaft. Der Pool und der Garten waren ein Highlight und die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Haus ist super und die Vermieter sehr nett.

Silberhochzeit mit Familie

Superschön, supersauber, super eingerichtet für bis zu 8 Personen und Hund. Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Oktober in diesem Haus verbracht, und konnten die ganze Zeit den beheizten Pool benutzen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war herzlich und völlig unkompliziert. Dank an Béatrice und Stéphane für die Erklärungen in Englisch (dafür hätte unser Französisch nicht gereicht). Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in der Umgebung (Mont Ventux, Pont du Gart, Weinberge und die Altstadt von Vaison. Kleiner Tipp uriges Restaurant im alten Vaison zwischen den Gassen (La Caillette, siehe Rezensionen). Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und planen wiederzukommen. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten Ende September mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind von 4 Monaten eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Pool ebenfalls, den wir aufgrund der superschönen Wetters noch oft nutzen konnten. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem schönen gepflegten Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko: die sehr vielen Tigerstechmücken!

Fabulous Villa

We had an amazing holiday at this Villa. The Villa is in a very quiet residential location but yet within easy walking distance to the town where there are many shops and restaurants. From the moment you shut the electric gates behind you there is peace and quiet. The Villa has lovely bedrooms all of which are air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped and leads to the lounge dining area and then out into the patio area. The BBQ is great as is the seating area before taking a walk over the lawn, up the short flight of steps to the pool and sunbeds. Amazing. Thankyou for the welcome gift, much appreciated. We will be back at some point in the future. Merci!

A little taste of heaven for the week

What a wonderful week! Made extra special with this property and superb helpful owners. Everything you could possibly need, including the perfect mattress for my first decent sleep in months. A safe and quiet residential location, with a ten minute walk to the town. We would most definitely return to this property 🙂

Sehr Empfehlenswert

Fast neuwertiges Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Rande von Vaison. Freundliche, problemlose Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Sehr schönes, komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück. Großzügiges, helles Haus mit ansprechender Inneneinrichtung. Gepflegt und sauber. Für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Aufenthalt im Sommer sowie im Winter geeignet. (Heizkosten im Winter von ca. 60 bis 80 Euro/Woche sind zu erwarten, Stand 2023) Für Hundebesitzer wichtig: Gelegenheiten für die kleine Gassirunde sowie für größere Touren direkt vom Haus aus sind gegeben. Darüber hinaus bieten die umliegenden Berge reichlich Möglichkeiten für Hundewanderungen. Der einzige Mangel: Der Pool ist vom Haus aus schlecht einsehbar, völlig sorglos kann man das Tier nicht auf dem Grundstück laufen lassen. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Haus und eine Landschaft die man gern öfter besuchen möchte.

Des propriétaires très sympathiques, une belle maison bien située à moins de 15 minutes à pied du centre et à 10 minutes de balades dans les vignes, un jardin clôturé idéal pour des enfants et/ou des chiens,1 voiture garée sous une toiture et possibilité de 2 autres dans la propriété. Tolles Haus, super ausgestattet!

Im Oktober bei sonnigem Wetter konnten wir noch in den beheizten Pool. Die Kids waren viel auf dem Trampolin und haben Tischtennis gespielt. Es ist alles und reichlich vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Der Bäcker ist mit den Fahrrädern in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Tolle Strecke durch die Weinberge. Sehr nette und ausführliche Übergabe bei der Ankunft. Schnelle Übergabe bei der Abfahrt auch um 5 Uhr morgens. Einfach perfekt! Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.
