Dark and gloomy. Misrepresentation on listing. Recent construction to remove atrium was not noted on posting.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the weather during your stay was a bit dark and gloomy, which we understand can impact the overall atmosphere. We also sincerely apologize for not notifying you about the very recent construction work that involved removing the atrium. This update had only just taken place, and we regret that it was not yet reflected in the listing. We truly appreciate your feedback and will be sure to improve our communication moving forward.

Great location with a few issues

Overall the stay was good however, the listing said there would be a grill and there was not. We called to get one which was not easy but they finally did deliver one. Also, when we arrived there was some cereal on the floor. We easily cleaned it up but thought it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Everything fine

Everything was ok and as listed. Only minus point was the very loud AC/heating system, which kept us from sleeping. Since we were there during cold weather, turning it off was not an option.

Great customer service

The villa was not clean when we entered it. Ocean Properties, who manages the property, was quick to remedy the cleanliness of the home the moment we called. We were very happy with their customer service, quick response and thorough cleaning job once called. The place is very nicely upgraded and the atrium inside the home is calming. It really is a beautiful home. The king bed and pillows could be upgraded.
