Welcome to this beautiful condo in the Sea Woods community of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Sea Woods offers many amenities: beautifully landscaped walking trails and bike paths, 3 swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fully equipped workout room, a sauna and, best of all, you’re just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean!

This ground-floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths (one with walk-in shower) and screened porch comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It’s fully furnished, very well maintained and ready for you to make it your home away from home. You’ll have everything you need to make your stay fun for the whole family.

So come and relax poolside while you enjoy the serenity of Sea Woods in this wonderful BEACHSIDE GROUND-FLOOR GETAWAY.

Due to fire regulations, storage of bikes, chairs, coolers, etc. in the stairwell is prohibited. Bikes may be secured in the bike racks provided.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Spacious, and everything we could have wanted plus more was provided in the unit, like home away from home, except this home was within a short walk to the beach. Hosts were helpful and gracious when we had questions. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at this cute and well appointed condo. Everything we needed for a weekend beach getaway was there and then some. It is a short walk to the beach and swimming pools. The neighborhood is quiet and felt quite safe. The furniture is comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. We loved the cleanliness of the entire unit. The owner was very receptive to our attempts to contact him and even offered to drive over to drop off beach toys for our granddaughters. We could not have been happier with our stay and hope to return again.

A few days away.

After all the rain, hurricanes and wind the host assured us NSB was ready and open for business. We were so please when we arrived! The condo was beautiful, clean, great location and had everything we needed and more. The host were incredible. We will recommend this place and come back.

One of a kind!

This condo was beautiful and so comfortable! Impeccable cleanliness and everything supplied that you can imagine. Refreshing pools to choose from and easy access to the beach and plenty of delicious place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner!! Thank you for a safe and fun weekend!!! We will be back for another stay⛱️🌞

Cute beach condo!

Stayed here for a birthday weekend and it was perfect. The host was very responsive and communicative; and was even able to accommodate an early check-in for us! The condo was a quick drive or ride to the main bar and restaurant area, so very conveniently located. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend.
