2つのBRヴィラには、Aサイド（マスタースイートとリビングエリア）とBサイド（ゲストスイート）があります。 2つの側面は、プールを見下ろす共通のテラスを共有します��コルテス海。


*大きなヴィラとペントハウスには、個別のフロアプランがあります。

Great Trip

First time using VRBO. Property was perfect in all aspects. So much better than getting 2 hotel rooms and more cost-effective. Staff was so nice and helpful. Would definitely return.

Villa La Estancia never disappoints.

Absolutely beautiful place and view!

Loved our stay here. The view is just incredible. The rooms clean and elegant, lots of space. On check in we were served homemade guacamole, salsa and margarita in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

I’ve stayed at villa estancia before and this was by FAR the best rental! The view is amazing because you can see the all of the arches and the balcony is huge. Jane was responsive and amazing - will be back!

excellent stay!

Great time on our girls trip! We were greeted with fresh margaritas and guacamole at check in at the condo. Our butler was very helpful and available to us the entire time. Great views of the pool and ocean! We will stay again soon

Beautiful property!

Stayed 5 wonderful nights and would highly recommend. Great location and gorgeous resort. Good restaurants and easy access to town. Loved the pools and hot tub. And the staff were top notch! Don’t hesitate to rent this unit - the welcome amenities of margaritas and homemade guacamole were an unexpected nice touch!

Incredible property with incredible staff

We had a fantastic stay at this villa--it is enormous, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. This resort is amazing-- just perfect for relaxing and swimming, the beach is fabulous and so are the pools. What made it even more perfect was the above and beyond service and support from the team running the unit. Ashley was clear and prompt in her instructions while we planned, we had groceries delivered by an excellent team, and Joel, the concierge for our stay was absolutely phenomenal. He was so thorough and helpful, we felt like VIPs, and that's no exaggeration. We will be recommending this villa and this team to our friends and can't wait to return.

what a view

The condo was as described. The view was OUTSTANDING. I would rent again simply for the view. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The cafe, deli, and shop perfectly situated across the street. The office staff so nice. The bar staff, they could have been friendlier and made more effort to serve and simply make eye contact. That was the downside. Overall, really special place.

Beautiful, exceptionally well-appointed place with incredible views!!

This resort and this giant, absolutely gorgeous unit were fabulous. The host was so responsive, and provided a huge amount of helpful information leading up to our stay. We own a vacation rental ourselves and appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism. The only minor issue was the wifi--it was much better down at the pool than in the villa itself--not sure how much can be done with that issue, granted. But if you're hoping to get work done in the unit, it can be a little spotty. But, that did not stop us from having an incredible time--we can't wait to go back. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return!

Know your unit.

We have stayed at estancia many times before. Unfortunately, this particular unit was old, tired, and not well-kept. Small examples like only two spoons. Things not functioning properly. This particular unit needs refurbishment.

Underwhelmed

We were detained in Cabo due to a flight cancellation so we made this reservation last minute. Our first few nights in Cabo were spent at this same complex in a different unit that was beautiful and well equipped, so perhaps our expectations were too high. This unit was a bit disappointing, no hand, dish or dishwasher soaps, no paper towels and very few dish towels, minimal kitchen supplies, uncomfortable furniture but it had great views and the complex is beautiful.

 - Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share. 

 - All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.

 - Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

 - Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.

 - Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.

 - Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.

 - There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 

 - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.

 - Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  

 - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.

 - Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.

 - Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 

 - Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.

 - All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  

 - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.

 - All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
