田舎にある6室のベッドルームと4室のバスルームを備えた19世紀の家。ただし、エルビエの町に近く、あらゆる設備が整ったピュイデュフー公園から12 kmです。 2つの魚のいる池、4ヘクタール以上の丘陵地帯にある樹齢300年のオーク、穏やかな静けさ、鹿、リス、アヒルやアオサギ。 池には、ポール、コイ、カワカマスが生息しています。釣りができ、ボートを利用できます。 家は非常に快適で、木材がインテリアを支配しているため、驚くほど快適です。暖炉のある大きなリビングルームでは特に暖かくなります。 2018年の新機能：屋内温水プールが訪問者に利用可能になります

It was great to return to l'Audurière. Two years ago we stayed with family, this time with friends. On both occasions everyone had a wonderful time. The gite is extremely well equipped and comfortable, the grounds and lakes are beautiful, and Anne and Olivier are so welcoming. Altogether a delight. Thank you!

Stunning house with perfect pool convenient for Puy du Fou

Thank you Anne and Olivier for a wonderful week at your amazing property. We all enjoyed time in the stunning pool, meals as a family, and relaxing together in the beautiful living room. The kids were also adventurous enough to go boating on the lake, something their parents and grandparents were happy just to watch. Hope to be able to return in years to come.

Simply the best

Extremely warm welcome from Anne and Olivier on arrival with delicious welcome gifts. The house was immaculate and provided everything needed for a fantastic holiday for 3 generations. The pool was great with the retractable roof and we had many hours of pleasure playing darts, ping pong and pool. There was wildlife in abundance and we especially enjoyed watching the otters.

A wonderful place to stay

L'Audurière exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and with plenty to keep all the family (across three generations) happily entertained. A warm and friendly welcome was matched by the comfort of the gite itself. The pool is marvellous, the lakes and grounds spacious, the setting tranquil - it's a beautiful place to stay and made for a memorable family holiday. Thank you, Anne and Olivier!

Tranquillity in Les Herbiers

We feel so, so fortunately to have found this wonderful property and its lovely hosts. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted: the pictures don't capture quite what a gorgeous setting this is. The rooms are comfortable, with plenty of different options for larger parties, and the rest of the accommodation is absolutely brilliant for families and groups... It's been thoughtfully designed, is stocked well with equipment and necessary items in each room, and every space is a pleasure to be in. We spent our days relaxing in the pool room (so versatile with the moving doors and roof), the beautiful lounge with pool/billiards table and in the large grounds. Our favourite spot was down by the lake, where we saw a myriad of wildlife including Kingfishers, otters and various waterfowl. This is a place to get away from the pace and stress of life, and as a base to access many other local amenities - it strikes a brilliant balance. The welcome from Olivier and Anne was wonderful, and their communication throughout our stay was timely and helpful. We very much hope to return one day to this idyllic place, and will remember it fondly always.

A Perfect Family Retreat: Unforgettable Stay at L'Auduriere Les Herbiers

Our stay at L'Auduriere Les Herbiers in Les Herbiers, France was an absolute dream come true for our family of nine. From the moment we arrived, Olivier and Anne, our gracious hosts, made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need. This countryside gite provided the perfect setting for a week-long escape, offering an array of amenities and a location that exceeded our expectations. The gite itself was a haven of relaxation and entertainment. The indoor swimming pool, ping pong table, bulles court, fishing pond with a boat, and pool table kept us entertained throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing us to stay connected and plan our daily adventures. The comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms provided a restful retreat after our busy days. One of the highlights of our stay was the kitchen, which was stocked with all the necessary appliances and tools. We took advantage of this and created unforgettable family dining experiences together. The walking trails around the lake offered a chance to immerse ourselves in nature and enjoy the serene surroundings. Situated in the countryside just outside Les Herbiers, the gite offered a peaceful and idyllic setting. We were delighted to discover many excellent restaurants nearby and the popular Puy du Fou theme park within easy reach. The spacious gates of L'Auduriere comfortably accommodated all nine of us, and the immaculate cleanliness and tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to our stay.

Notre séjour a été extrêmement agréable ! Nous avons passé de super moments entre piscine, billard, fléchettes et tennis de table… Impossible de s’ennuyer dans cet hébergement (même avec 3 jours de pluie consécutifs !).Le logement est propre et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La literie est très confortable. Les hôtes sont extrêmement sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeants.Merci pour ce beau week-end !

Magnifique !!

Notre cours séjour à l’auduriere entre amis était top!!! Grande bâtisse rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, ultra fonctionnelle et agréable. Encore plus beau que sur les photos!! Environnement très calme La communication avec Olivier était top et il nous a réservé un superbe accueil !! Nous recommandons cette maison!

Un vrai plaisir

Si vous souhaitez un endroit pour vous ressourcer où il fait bon vivre ce gîte est idéal. Très beau, bien équipé, bonne literie et beaucoup d’activités à faire sur place (fléchettes, ping-pong, billard, canoë, pêche, pétanque,..) sans oublier la formidable piscine couverte ou non selon votre choix et le temps à la température idéale. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles, agréables et serviables. Je recommande !!!

Excellente location de vacances !

La propriété est parfaite pour un séjour en famille : des activités pour tous, un très grand espace extérieur et un intérieur spacieux, très bien équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est particulièrement agréable et très bien entretenue. Par ailleurs, l'accueil des propriétaires est tout simplement exceptionnel : efficace, discret, chaleureux.

Enterrement de Vie de Garçon

Un séjour idéal entre amis pour enterrer la vie de garçon de mon frère. Calme absolu, charme et prestations de grande qualité sont au rdv. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Une maison incroyable, spacieuse et moderne avec le charme de l'ancien. Une magnifique piscine attenante au salon. Un extérieur magnifique avec un étang juste en bas et même des canoë et une barque en libre usage. Un calme impressionnant et les 1ers voisins à 1 km. Des hôtes très charmants et discrets. Bref féérique. On reviendra !

Superbe

Nous avons passé un magnifique week-end entre amis dans cette superbe maison . Tout y est pour être bien ,du calme,de l'espace et les propriétaires sont très gentils.
