As noted in the listing, the majority of our beds are queens, and while we don’t currently advertise king beds, we’re excited to share that the master bedroom will soon be furnished with one. The charcoal grill is also clearly listed in the description, and we provide sufficient coffee cups and silverware to accommodate the maximum number of guests. We’re so glad to hear your grandkids enjoyed the yard, soccer goal, firepit, and all of the games we provide for entertainment, such as foosball, basketball, and ping pong. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the sleeping arrangements—the 6th bed is clearly listed as an airbed; however, we are planning to replace it with a queen bed in the near future. For the kitchen, we do provide everything needed for a full culinary experience, including plenty of silverware to accommodate the maximum number of guests, as well as garbage bags for convenience. As a high-end property, our kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line accessories and everything you could possibly need to prepare elaborate meals. This includes cookware essentials like pans, casserole dishes, measuring spoons and cups, serving dishes and bowls, as well as specialized tools such as a garlic press, peeler, blender, cookie sheets, baking tools, and spatulas. While table settings are provided for 11 guests to match the property’s maximum occupancy, the kitchen is not intended for hosting events or gatherings beyond this limit, which we assume is the source of your comment. Guest Book: The guest book is located in the dining room, as mentioned in the check-in information provided prior to your arrival. Additionally, we’ve placed a QR code in the mudroom, making it easy to access Wi-Fi details and an electronic version of the welcome book. Heating System: We understand that the unusually cold weather may have posed challenges. However, instructions for using the NEST thermostat are included in both the welcome book and check-in details. As noted in the instructions, keeping the third-floor door open ensures proper heat circulation, which likely contributed to the issue. Bathroom Supplies: Hand soap dispensers are refilled bi-monthly, and extra soap is stored under each bathroom sink and in the kitchen. While our listing specifies that we do not provide shampoo and conditioner, we do offer a basket of travel-sized toiletries in the linen closet for guest convenience.
