Moms trip to biltmore!

Such a perfect spot for me and my girlfriends to stay with our moms for a biltmore trip. Located close to everywhere you need to go and super cute!!

Great Value and Good Location

The value and location is this property is great, we had a wonderful stay in close proximity to downtown Asheville. The only small negative thing I would say is that one of the beds was very creaky and wobbly, enough to be concerned about the structural integrity of it. But everything else in the home was great and overall wonderful!

Wonderful rental

This house was even nicer than the pictures. The decor was beautiful and I would love to have moved in permanently. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it would have been very nice to have had some blankets. There were lightweight summer blankets on the beds and it was chilly. Plus they would come in handy for afternoon naps. I would recommend this house and stay there again if I go back to the area.

lovely getaway in the mountains

I brought my MIL and step mom to Ahseville for a visit to Biltmore. We had a wonderful time at this adorable cottage. It was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was clean and had all the amentities one could ask for. I look forward to visiting again soon!! I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

Crest Mountain in Asheville, NC

I love Asheville and this is a great place to stay. I knocked one star off d/t difficulty connecting to wifi, only available in one room and had to be standing up against the wall to connect. The house is comfortable and the kitchen has what you need to prepare light meals, but who wants to cook when you are in Asheville, one of the best places in the USA to eat. This place is near the top of Crest Mtn., so you have some great views. If you are interested in co-housing they have a place nearby to checkout, which is really neat. Enjoyed our stay.

my summer vacation

All info I received was accurate as to location,amenities. I loved the quiet and peace of the setting. sunsets were a 2 minuter walk away, and there were some spectacular ones. I found that the cottage, while appearing to be clean,was not clean in detail,including vents for AC and ceiling fans.my sensitivity to mold and feathers was a problem as well. The use of a dehumidifier did help and that was provided by the owner. Zach, who was in charge of the maintenance was very helpful,Thanks, Zach! Golf at Reems Creek was pretty good and affordable. Great hiking right in the Crest mtn area,complete with wild turkeys,rabbits and other animals. Restaurants abound in the downtown area which is no more than 7 minutes away, The farmer;s mkt,also only minutes away is a must for grocery shopping for fresh food. Also,Whole Foods mkt on Merrimon downtown. I would recommend this rental and already have to friends who came to visit me.

Cute cottage, great privacy, close to town but still quiet and quaint!

We had a wonderful stay! We absolutely ADORED the cottage! Everything was perfect and way exceeded our expectations. All basic amenities are provided and the office management was very helpful, convenient and easy to work with yet you have the privacy of feeling like you had your own home. It was tucked in the mountains with great views (not from house but just steps away) and yet it's still so close to the heart of everything. There was a grocery store and liquor store just down the street. We loved the decor and everything was very well decorated and kept up. Glad we picked this as our weekend vacation spot and would definitely recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunset Cottage - beautiful and very tasteful decor, comfortable rooms, everything you'd need in the kitchen, great size for 6 people. It's a bit far from hiking trails, but we found some within a 20 minute drive. All in all we had a great time at this little cottage and would highly recommend it!
