Walk to the lake or the amenities of Merrimon avenue or take a quick drive down the street to downtown. With an enclosed, private outdoor area, you can enjoy coffee or takeout in the fresh Asheville air. We have taken inspiration from our own travels to bring you our own favorite experiences. The neighborhood is one of the safest in Asheville.

This was a very neat, clean, abundantly stocked place! They thought of everything…the only thing I didn’t see were tissues. Good location- not really lake view from the unit but it was so convenient. Definitely recommend this place! If we ever go back to the area, we will definitely book again!

Such an adorable and well-thought-out stay! The decor was super cute and cozy, and it was the perfect size for our little family of 3. I will admit the bathroom door and a curious toddler was not a match made in heaven but that is no one’s fault but our own. First time parents on our first family vacay LOLThe hosts were amazing and responded quickly! Location is great too! The hosts live next door, and we were told to park in between the houses on the street which was not a problem at all! We simply pulled in the driveway to unpack/pack the car. Overall, highly recommend this stay, and we would love to come back without the baby.

Weekend Trip

We had an incredible stay! The location was clean, exactly as advertised, and right by downtown as well as a lake that is in walking distance. Would absolutely stay again!
