Property was just as described, plenty of space for our family of 12 to spend Thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare family meals, and gathering areas to play games, build puzzles, etc. The lower level was great for the kids and adults with video games, shuffleboard, darts and many other fun activities! Hot tub was a favorite, kids were especially excited to use it during a big snowstorm! Being snowed in was fun because there was so much to do! Communication with the owner was probably the best I’ve ever experienced with vrbo. All in all it was the perfect place for our family to make lasting memories! Would definitely stay here again!

Eight of us stayed here for a guys golf trip. Perfect house for the golf lover. Loved all the golf related signs and memorabilia. We didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities the Galena territories offers but all of it is included if you stay at DunPuttin Around. Hosts communication was top notch from start to finish. Would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends!

Great place for family

Good location. Easy to find. Clean with plenty of space for family gatherings. We have a family of 11 (kids and grandkids) plenty of beds and baths to please all. Nice game room for chilling or place for a rainy day. Communication with owners was great. Would recommend.

Nice property, well appointed

This was our first trip to the Galena area and we found DunPuttin to be a great place to do so. The house is nicely furnished and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The amenities of the Territories are nice and it’s polity to all of our activities was great.

Girls weekend

This house is the perfect house if you're looking for a little getaway. Plenty of space we had eight women with us and did not feel crowded at all. The deck is beautiful in the hot tub was awesome too. We would definitely stay at this place again The homeowners were amazing even let us check in early that was awesome. If I could I would give this place a hundred stars.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We stayed here for a family Thanksgiving trip. The house was great, and the game room downstairs was very fun. We also enjoyed exploring the area, visiting downtown Galena and Horseshoe Mound. In all, it was a wonderful vacation.

Cozy house in the country

This was a very nice place to stay with excellent amenities for adults and kids alike. Hot tub and wonderful game room!!!! This was a perfect place to enjoy the family!!! Very nice to have access to the pool, fitness center, and basketball court. The kids had a great time.

After honeymooning in the Galena area and visiting for many years, we decided to purchase our own home there. We have not regretted our decision as we are excited to build many happy memories with our family and friends. We have rented many vacation homes and we have tried to give our house everything we thought was missing from the places we have rented. We hope all enjoy a stay as much as we enjoy being there.

Our home is conveniently located in the center of the Galena Territory/Eagle Ridge Resort complex. It is close to all amenities and on a main road, but it is located down a secluded ridge which gives it complete privacy. It is also adjacent to deep woods hiking trails. here have been more than a dozen deer in our backyard at one time and bald eagles have perched right outside our windows.
