Fantastic Spot!

Clean, spacious, quiet, and stocked with everything we needed for a great getaway! Plenty of towels, beach equipment, kitchen appliances, etc. and the unit was larger than expected. Location was perfect for either a short drive to the beach or a nice walk. We would definitely return!

Awesome stay!

We've stayed at grand champions before but not this property. This was a whole new experience. The condo is absolutely beautiful, the view and the lanai is awesome and we had a GREAT time. Felt like a cozy home away from home on our trip.

Updated condo near pool and resort entrance

Excellent location, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with open floor plan and great decor. Condo kitchen was well equipped with tall ceilings, nice lighting, very comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. The dining room chairs definitely need to be upgraded as the cushions are worn and you feel the wooden frame on your bottom and legs when seated.

Thought of everything

The Condo was perfect for us! there were all the beach toys you needed available for our use, the entire place was clean and updated, and it felt like there were no neighbors at all. we will book this again for our next trip down.

This is a beautiful unit. Nicely appointed with beach gear and towels. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable. We've stayed at other units in this complex and this is by far the best. Love the location- nice walk to shops and restaurants. Quiet and homey. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location

We loved the location and views from this property. It was walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in central Wailea. We enjoyed the space the unit provided as well as the little extras many VRBO rentals do not have. A bottle of wine when we arrived, beach equipment and chairs, beach towels, and a FULLY stocked kitchen that allowed us to easily make some meals in. Although we enjoyed the pools on property, we did a resort pass for a pool nearby one day and loved that hack for great pool/beach access. Highly recommend this location!

Perfect stay in a great location

First of all, all descriptions and photos were spot on. It seemed there were recent upgrades which looked and felt wonderful. The space feels much larger than you would imagine. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. The rain showers in both bathrooms were top notch. Waking up to freshly made coffee and enjoying it on the lanai as we listened to the birds was a treat. There was a sunset (weather permitting) which easily viewable every night. The location was central to our Wailea stay needs. My wife and I usually choose a different hotel/VRBO stay each time we return but this will be tough to beat and will try to stay again....and again!

Disappointing

Spacious and close to tennis and golf activities. Nine days in villa 108 fighting ants in kitchen and bathrooms. Two days for a response from Maui Rental Agency to our concern and response was additional ant traps which were ineffective. Exterior deck was filthy and un-useable upon arrival. Overall disappointing.

Amazing stay at Grand Champions #108!

I can't say enough great things about #108. The location is ideal! It's an easy walk to the Shops at Wailea and a quick drive to so many amazing beaches and sights in Wailea, Makena and Kihei. The condo has two nicely updated full bathrooms and an updated kitchen. Everything was in great condition and VERY clean and well organized. The condo is upstairs so it has nice cathedral ceilings and good light all day. It has a very comfortable king-size bed, A/C and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom to handle the summer heat, everything I needed in the kitchen, plus a washer/dryer on the lanai, new Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella to use, and snorkel gear! There's a huge TV in the living room and another in the bedroom, but I never needed to turn them on. The view from the lanai was beautiful, overlooking the Wailea Tennis Club, the grounds and the ocean. Sunsets were amazing from there. I'll definitely be back! The great location, the value for the money (so much cheaper than a condo or hotel on the beach, and so much room!), and the unit's excellent condition and supplies/amenities make it a must-stay. The pools were nice too and close by, but I only used them once since the beaches are so close by. Parking is right outside the unit, and the trash/recycling centers are an easy walk.

Amazing condo - perfect location!

After spending several weeks researching maui condo rentals, we finally chose this one and are SO glad we did. What an amazing condo! When we arrived late in the evening there was a guard at the entrance who made sure we belonged there. We saw him several times checking the vehicles throughout our stay. The condo was spotless, very quiet, open, and spacious for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and there are two full bathrooms which is very convenient. There is a smart tv in the living room and bedroom. There was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived and a starter pack of coffee beans with an amazing espresso machine and a coffee maker with coffee and filters. The pantry was well-stocked with olive oil, seasoning, Saran Wrap, foil and grocery sacks. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and bedroom which are a bit noisy but work very well! The condo came with a starter supply of TP (4 rolls) which was plenty for 2 adults for one week. There were also several chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, a bamboo mat, snorkeling gear and even aloe gel in case you get sunburned. The condo is very close to two beaches which is a 15-20 minute walk or 2 minute drive. It is also very close to the blue, gold, and emerald gold courses which are beautiful. Kihei is 10 minutes away and we ate there several times. I’d definitely recommend the Kihei Caffe for breakfast. The line is long but you’re through it in 5 minutes. The airport, Costco and Walmart are just 30 minutes away. The website said there was a kids pool and adult pool but this isn’t accurate. There is a sign at the entry of both pools which said no splashing, pool toys or noise and every time I went to the pool there were kids in both pools. The pool was clean and there were several chairs and umbrellas so it was still relaxing! We had an issue with a cabinet door and notified management. They answered immediately and sent someone out right away. Checkout was easier than at any other condo we’ve stayed in. No stripping beds or starting laundry! We will absolutely 100% be staying in this condo when we return to Maui! If you’re waivering on where to stay, don’t hesitate to book this condo! It’s truly amazing!!

Comfy, close and clean!

The condo is very comfortably furnished with everything you need for a long or short stay on Maui. Close to many beautiful beaches, shopping and dining. Also clean and fresh feeling. Many thoughtful extras—snorkel gear, boggie boards, beach equipment too. An excellent condo in lush local with ocean view and stunnng sunsets.

Great location and very comfortable space

This rental was perfect. The open air was refreshing as it passed through the space. There is a decent view of the ocean and you can definitely catch the sunset in the evening. There was no worries of insects flying in or around. The two bathrooms with showers were a game changer. This space was clean and they provided quite a few things to start you off but make sure you stop by the store to bring items yourself. An added plus was the instructions for everything so you did not have to guess where things were or if you wanted to go grab a bite to eat somewhere near by. It was also a nice gesture for the bottle of wine that was waiting for you when you come through the door. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

This condo is perfect! It has been nicely updated and is bright and light and has a gorgeous view from the balcony! Location was great as well - close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo community itself was quiet and beautifully landscaped. We really enjoyed our time there! I have nothing but great things to say about the condo, but the property management company was less than impressive (Maui Rentals). Just some basic things that I have come to expect from staying at other condos in Maui (through Ali'i Resorts), that were not provided: starter coffee, kleenex, and the fact that they only provide you with "starter" toilet paper, paper towels, etc., and if you run out of these items during your stay you have to purchase them yourself. When we stay in an Ali'i property, these items are replenished during our stay, so I just a little surprised by this considering how high the service fees were. They also were difficult to get ahold of in order to secure a late check out - I had to call three times, and even once we did secure a late checkout, they locked us out of condo well before we had to be out and we had to contact them to get a special code to get back in.

This was the perfect place to come for some much needed peace and tranquility. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and very nicely appointed. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We loved it here, could have stayed…well forever!

Loved this space!

We used to live on island and come back to Maui often. We absolutely loved staying in this condo! It was exactly as pictured, clean with a nice updated and bright feel. Most condos seem to be quite dated, but that was not the case here! My favorite touches were the waterfall countertop in the kitchen, and the wood slat headboard in the bedroom. Simple but made a huge impact! There was plenty of dishes to cook at the house, and the AC at night really made all the difference lol. My only complaint is that there is not a full length mirror in the whole place, which made getting ready a little difficult. Especially getting ready for a photoshoot lol. Not the end of the world, but also would have made a world of difference for me! We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Great condo - Terrible property management

This condo is great! Clean, well equipped, ocean view, close to everything in Wailea, 15 min walk to the beach. I had multiple terrible experiences with the property management company, from booking to check-in. I’ll avoid this company in future (Maui Rental Group Mauirental.com).
