Perfect Location In Seaside Heights

My family of four enjoyed our stay immensely at this charming beach house. It was immaculate,comfy and the hosts were so responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy all that Seaside Heights has to offer!

Nice time

We stayed here for the second time and were very happy the house is cozy and the location is great!! We look forward to returning next summer.

Great vacation including all family members even the dogs. We all had a great time and Barbi was an exceptional host.

Superb Summer Vacay…

This property is the perfect spot for a vacation. It is super clean, has full appliances, WIFI, and one block from the beach. How much better than that can anyone get…oh yes, my dog was welcomed as well!

great little cottage

This is a cute little cottage with a great location. Within one block of the cottage is the amusement pier, the water park and the go-karts. There is a convivence store, two liquor stores and two bars and restaurants within walking distance. The cottage has a living room, eat in kitchen and two bedrooms making it perfect for a family. It is also pet friendly which meant our beloved dog was able to come along. For a small fee, we were ab le to get a parking pass that was good almost everywhere in town and we had the use of two beach passes as well. We had a great stay and would come back again.

Relaxing and memorable!

I brought my 2 teen sons (18 &15) down for 5 days with our lab. We parked our car, after unloading, and didn’t move it until It was time to reload and head home. Everything is in walking distance. Barbi responded to all my texts in a reasonable time. Everything we needed was taken care of. 🙂

What we needed....

We rented this house because it was close to family we were visiting. The house is close to the beach and boardwalk. It was clean and just what we needed for us and the dogs. If we are back in the area, I would certainly rent again. Thank you Barbi for being a good host and so responsive!!!

Beach bungalow, fantastic location

We were a block from the beach, water park, mini golf, amusement park, boardwalk. The bungalow is not fancy, but has all the necessities, is clean, and comfortable. You need to bring your own linens. Has a little outdoor area with table, chairs, and barbecue. Barbi, manager, was always very available and very helpful.

Home Away From Home

This property offers excellent accommodations. All the comforts of home on vacation. The property is clean and well taken care of. I love that it was one block from the beach and Boardwalk. I am very much looking forward to returning. The best thing for me is that it is Pet Friendly!

Perfect little shore cottage for our family of 4.

Loved how close this property was to the beach and the options which were offered. Only thing I wished we paid attention to was that there were no dressers or closets to hang up our clothes. I would rent this unit again, but would make sure that I put my clothes in a tote that I could store under the bed. Was an adorable cottage that made great memories.

Great location , property could use a few amenities

Needs a full length mirror and since there are no closets maybe some wall hooks. Also the cleaning staff should check the pots and pans and make sure there I is a trash bag Maybe put concrete down under the tables as right now it’s dirt. Location is great! Beach was clean and there was lots to do!

Great for families

We rented here to be close to family that live at the shore. Property was clean and met great other renters while shuffling cars in the driveway. Barbi is a great communicator....kept in touch with us before and during our stay. She is very available to renters. Loved that our dog could be with us on vacation.

We had a great stay here. Everything was so convenient to our location, whether it was the beach and boardwalk, and we were across the street from the waterpark as well. Everything was as expected. Barbi was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we may have had! Thanks again!

We started coming to the jersey shore years ago when our kids were little. We always loved being able to get away, take a break, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Over time, it expanded to inviting friends and extended family to join us and it was a great place to reconnect with each other and have a great time. It was really the one time during the year that we could all disconnect, enjoy good food and good conversation, watch the kids play, and just have a great time!

It was with this in mind that we started "OurJerseyShoreHouse". We purchased our first multi-family house in 2014 with the idea that other family and friends would want to have a place to spend time together, enjoy the sun and the ocean, and also have a clean, comfortable space for them and their family. Today we own three multi-family houses (all on the same block) and have hosted large groups consisting of extended families, family friends, etc.
