This family-friendly space is on north end of Seaside Heights boardwalk. 3 houses from boardwalk, this classic & neat cottage features 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, outfitted kitchen & living room. Linens, 4 beach tags, fast wifi, wall ACs & 1 off-street spot included (No large SUV/truck, driveway only has 7ft width.) 3 day minimum. No Check-ins Saturday. No parties, no large groups, no proms,no pets. *ID & guest info required by town law. *Min. rental age is 25. (License# ML-25-2019, STRP#001010)
LOCAL ORDINANCE
Seaside Heights ordinance now requires all guests to disclose their names, addresses, phone numbers and birthdates to the host when leasing a property for summer rentals. This information is submitted to the town prior to your arrival. You also must be 25 years old to rent the property and be a part of the guest group staying on site. We do not rent to large groups, parties, prom groups or parents renting for their teen/unqualified children.
NO LARGE GROUPS / NO PARTIES: Undeclared guests, guests not on the reservation, are not allowed on property. All guests need to be part of the original reservation and declared to the town by local ordinance and the owner for security purposes. There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum of 3. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately
OUR PLACE
This charming Seaside Heights cottage was built in the 1930s and retains it`s quaint, layout featuring one bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full (double) pull out sofa bed in a private TV room/bedroom. It has a larger kitchen outfitted with almost everything needed for your vacation meals, including a coffee maker & dishwasher! The bathroom has been renovated and has a shower and tub combo. The living room can comfortably accommodate a small family as they relax watching the smart TV after a day in the sun.
The driveway is shared between neighbors, so there is no parking on or blocking of the driveway. The backyard area is for parking but also features a small deck area near the home, with seating and a propane grill. We are sure you will enjoy this classic beach cottage, which is just 3 houses (200 ft) away from the boardwalk and sand. Only 1 parking spot is available in the back lot for a car of mid-sized SUV. If your car is larger it will not fit through narrow width of driveway and will then you will need to park it on the street.
SECURITY
24/7 motion triggered, exterior audio/video security cameras cover the front sidewalk, driveway and side alley. The back deck is not covered by cameras. Cameras not actively monitored. Neighbors may have security cameras that cover shared property line.
The guests will have access to the cottage, driveway, back parking area, back deck and beach shower.
The driveway is shared between neighbors, so parking is not allowed on access driveway.
The back lot is not fenced and it is open to the neighbor`s parking area. There should be no expectation of privacy in the back lot.
There is a locked storage supply closet int he second bedroom. It is labeled and restricted form guest access.
We are available by text and phone for guest support. The property manager is available if there are any issues with the physical cottage.
The immediate block is full of older, classic beach cabins, a vintage hotel and newer homes. This is a beach town that consists of a boardwalk, pier with rides, a water park, restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions.
The town is walkable but you can also get around via car and bike.
We have a house manual in the cottage, along with QR codes, that will give you quick access to a list of local restaurants, food, and events.

NO RESIDENCY: Your reservation for this short-term rental does not establish residency, regardless of the length of your stay. You are considered a guest until the end of your reservation; at which time you will turn over possession of the property. The New Jersey Anti-Eviction Act does not apply to this seasonal rental.

REPORT YOUR CONCERNS: If you have any concerns with the cottage upon check-in, you should let us know ASAP via the cell number provided. We reserve the ‘right to enter’ the cottage to correct or repair any highlighted issues after you call us. Unreported concerns or concerns that were corrected in a timely manner will not be considered for partial or full refund after your stay is completed.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS------------
PRIMARY RENTER: Must be at least 25 years of age, a part of your group staying on property, and provide a valid ID and cell phone number. Primary renter is not allowed to rent specifically for unqualified, 25 years or younger guest groups with the intention of turning the property over to them. All guest names, ages and primary residences must be disclosed and submitted to the landlord who will disclose to the town prior to the stay dates, as per town ordinance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: If you damage the home or lose beach badges/parking passes, you may be charged $500 or more for repairs/replacements.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the nature of our seasonal beach house rentals, it is often difficult to re-book stays that are cancelled close to the check-in date. We recommend confirming your dates before booking as well as purchasing travel insurance, which will cover any expenses caused by unforeseen circumstances.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: The fire code restricts the maximum number of guests, including children, allowed in residence to three (3). Please see the listing info.
SLEEP SPACES:
The cottage’s rental certification has approved the sleep spaces with the number of beds provided in the listing. Guests are not allowed to bring in unauthorized furniture, mattresses, or air mattresses to create additional sleep spaces in the bedrooms, living rooms or hallways. Doing so violates the borough’s rental certification, fire code and occupancy limits. This will result in the termination of your booking/lease without refund. If you move unauthorized mattresses into the cottage, you will also be charged a $150 fee for fumigation of the cottage to prevent a bed bug infestation.

THINGS TO REMEMBER DURING YOUR STAY------------
LINENS: The property includes bed linens and towels for your convenience. Do not use hair dye or spray-tan products with our linens or towels. Please do not hang towels, bathing suits, or clothes on the railings of the porch. And additional charge of $40 per will be assessed for missing or damaged blankets, towels, or linens.
FLUSH TOILET PAPER ONLY: Do not flush tampons, sanitary products, flushable wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, tissues, your soul, etc., down the toilet. Only use the provided toilet paper or one rated “safe for septic systems.” Please throw all other items in the trash. If a plumbing service is required due to misuse, GUEST will be responsible for the cost of the service.
TRASH REMOVAL: SUMMER: The trash is picked up on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, recycles are on Tuesday in the summer (3rd Sat in June – Labor Day). Take cans out to the front curb on Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday nights after 7:00 p.m., and recycles go out Monday nights after 7:00 p.m.
WINTER: Trash is picked up on Monday and Friday in the winter (Tuesday after Labor Day to third Friday in June). Take cans out to the front curb on Sunday and Thursday nights after 7:00 p.m., and recycling goes out Monday nights after 7:00 p.m. Cans need to be returned promptly to the side bin the next morning.
*If you do not put out the trash during your stay, you may be assessed a trash out fee after check-out.
PARKING: The cottage has a narrow driveway at the left side of the home. The driveway is only 7ft wide between two house structures and should fit a regulars car and mid-sized SUV. If you have a larger SUV or truck, you will need to park on the street. Only 1 parking space available due to maneuverability to enter and exit space.
BEACH BADGES: Badges are provided during the summer season (May 1 – Labor Day). The 4 beach badges need to be left in the cottage, on the hook near the door, prior to check-out. At time of check-out, GUEST shall be responsible for replacing lost/non-returned badges at $100 per seasonal badge.
CHILD SAFETY: Do not leave children unattended on the property. We do provide outlet covers, cordless blinds, and lower cabinet locks. There is no crib or highchair on the property.
RESTRICTIONS------------
NOISE ORDINANCE: No loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. as per the local noise ordinance. The police will issue tickets for noise violations to both the GUEST and the OWNER. A police force visit or ticketing will result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund and removal from the property.
