Perfect location

The condo is in a great spot on the beach. There were amazing tide pools and it is not on the driving part so I was able to relax while the kids played. The beds were comfortable. It is not fancy but it met the needs of my family of 5.

Our much needed getaway

We had the best time this week! Michelle was the most excellent host, and the condo was perfect! It had everything we needed, plus more. We couldn’t have asked for a better week.

No hot tub, as listed, but nice

I chose this property because it said it had a hot tub, but it does NOT. It was a nice unit and besides the hot tub we had everything we needed. The owner had good communication.

Quiet and comfortable condo with beautiful oceanfront views and a traffic free beach. The owner is very responsive and accommodating and the unit had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Thanks!

Highly Recommend

We stayed for a week in the beginning of March and loved our stay. My parents stay at Blue Surf next door so this was a great option for us. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and anything else we could need. Lots of beach towels, chairs & amenities. We had one minor issue with the shower and Michelle was quick to respond and get everything taken care of which was awesome. Even though they were updating windows and working on the patio, it did not stop us for enjoying the pool and the beach each day. Truly enjoyed waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise, that can't be beat. I would highly recommend renting from the Gregory's.

So lovely!

The condo was perfect for my friend and I to share and then have our own space. Gorgeous views and thoughtful touches. The pool and beach access were ideal. I’ll be coming back!

Family Getaway

Wonderful location. Pool and beach were enjoyed by all. Watched dolphins in the morning from the balcony. Short drive to Daytona attractions.

Loved it!

This condo was perfect for our family's stay in Daytona, had everything we needed and the beach view in the evenings was amazing. Owner was great about information and answering all my questions. Will for sure stay again we when go back in 2026

Great place to stay

This is a well-decorated unit with a lot of extras provided - beach chairs, boogie boards, puzzles, books, etc. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay. A Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a great time. The property is in good shape and convenient to beach - there was minimal hurricane damage at the property. The owners communicated extremely well. The bed was great as was everything else.

We choose Shores Club due to being on the private side of the beach and the amazing views from everywhere. We have owned this home since the 80s and this is a home to us, and we hope our guest will make many memories during their stay.
