Welcome to VACATION. All the comforts of home with the benefit of waking up and winding down with the soothing sounds of the ocean. Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, Horizons Condo provides unobstructed, breathtaking views all around (please read construction updates). Offering assigned underground parking, 24 hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television and Wifi in every room, beachfront communal pool, and fitness center, what more could you ask for. Upon entering this 8th floor beachfront beauty, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with built in bar seating for two, a dining area for 6 that joins the living room overlooking the Atlantic. The primary bedroom welcomes you with plush bedding and an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms down a separate hallway overlook the Intercoastal and cityscape of Daytona Beach, sharing the second bath. The wrap around balcony extends from the living area to the master bedroom, which has another balcony on the west side overlooking the Intercoastal (all balconies will not be accessible during construction). Weather permitting and minus the crowds, catch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the comforts of "home".

They have moved to floors 8 and 9 it is noisy during the day. HARD WALLS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. Our unit is located on the 8th floor where loud construction noise will be heard during work hours of M-F 8 AM - 5 PM weather permitting. There will be temporary walls installed while they are installing new windows and doors, meaning no balcony or view in the unit. They will be adding hard plywood walls running the length of the living room and dining room as well as the primary bedroom. This will decrease the square footage in those rooms. If you have any questions, please reach prior to booking. I want guests to have all the information before they book. Rental rates have been drastically lowered to accommodate for any inconvenience. We will share updates as we receive them.
