AMAZING time as always. This is our second year staying here and each time we make the best memories and feel comfortable here. The owners are amazing and communicate so well.

We had a wonderful stay! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps away from the beach and close to everything you might need, from restaurants to shops. The space itself was super cozy for a comfortable and relaxing stay.I think there were guests upstairs during the first couple of days, and it did get a little noisy at times late at night with footsteps and movement overhead. It was noticeable at first, but once things quieted down, it was much better and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing beach escape in a perfect location!

This was the second time in 3 years we rented this place. Still as good as ever. I gave it a 10 out of 10 rating last time and this time. Good to keep in mind that since it’s a 2 bedroom, parking is only available for one vehicle. No street parking on Ocean Terrace but in nearby streets for the daytime.

Relaxing Getaway

My mom and I loved our stay here! The apartment was well equipped for our 5 night stay and the convenience of walking to the beach everyday was great. I’m especially glad that they allowed pets so I could bring my cat instead of figuring out other arrangements for her while I was away. The neighborhood was nice - clean and quiet - with lots of great places to eat nearby, some walkable and some a quick drive. It was a great little vacation and we’d both come back to this rental in the future!

Sisters get-away weekend

Great location so close to beach! My sisters and I really enjoyed waking to brunch at Turning Point in Pier Village and a really close walk to Rooney’s for dinner, It was cozy, clean. It worked out so well for us we decided we’d be booking again.

Lovely basement spot, fully furnished, VERY clean. Washer and dryer available. Make sure to only bring one vehicle, on street in season parking (may-sept?) is scarce. There is a walkable public lot but I don’t know if it was overnight. Spacious and cozy living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking basics and there is a propane grill outside. Small sitting space without any beach view but it felt very secluded and I liked it. There was also an outdoor shower. We didn’t find the beach chairs until we checked out but they have beach chairs in the broom closet. The bathroom was very clean. The shower has one of those half glass shower/tubs. I don’t know what those are so popular now. That much glass around water makes me nervous. Bedrooms had plenty of space for storage and clothing. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft and clean. Had some trouble with the temp control. Overall wonderful stay. Would def suggest and would stay for another long weekend if we’re back in the area.

Nice location to convalesce

We had to come to the area for a surgical procedure and needed a place to rest and recover. The apartment was very cute and had what we needed. The only thing I would say is that there were some small issues that we had to deal with. The television in the main bedroom stopped working and they did not come to fix the problem so we had to move into the small bedroom for the majority of the stay which was a bit tight having to use a motorized wheelchair. The grill had to be cleaned before use as did the toaster oven and the electric kettle was really dirty. The remote controls for the television in the small bedroom were dead so we had to purchase some. I would recommend a thorough cleaning of all appliances and fresh batteries to be installed in all remote controls before every rental or have some on hand. They also need to add some type of shelving in the bathroom to hold toiletries. It takes a long time running the water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks to get hot water due to an on demand water heater. The shower however never had that issue. Even so with just a few things to iron out I would recommend this location.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

Everything about our stay here was perfect. We planned a getaway for Thanksgiving after a very difficult year, and had never been to Long Branch before. The property is so comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great - a half block to the beach and less than a mile from everything we needed (fantastic restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.). The owners were AMAZING to work with - responsive, generous, and clearly interested in making sure our stay went well. We will definitely be back!

Don't wait, book it!

This two bedroom, one bath apartment in the ground floor of a home in Long Branch is absolutely perfectly located. Half a block from the beach, walking distance to restaurants with outdoor seating and Pier Village. Our stay was comfortable and quiet and we will certainly be back! The place is updated beautifully, very clean, and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Family Weekend

Ocean Terrace was a perfect “home base” for our September weekend visit to Long Branch for our son’s family weekend at the local university. Great location, easy communication and instructions from owner and the space was very clean.

Weekend beach getaway

We had a lovely time! The location is beautiful, half block from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved walking/running on the boardwalk and collecting seashells. The house had everything we needed with new appliances and was spotless! Would absolutely stay aagains
