Welcome to your Asbury Park getaway—a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath private apartment in a charming Victorian home, just a short walk from the beach, boardwalk, live music, restaurants and nightlife.

Designed especially well for three couples or a small family, the home comfortably sleeps six and offers something that’s hard to find this close to the beach: a truly substantial amount of private outdoor space.

THE PRIVATE TERRACE

The standout feature of the home is the large, completely private terrace. Furnished with two outdoor sofas, a dining table and umbrella, it gives you room to actually live outdoors rather than simply step onto a small balcony.

Start the morning with coffee outside, come back for a break after the beach, enjoy dinner together in the evening, or relax with a drink before heading out for the night. It’s an unusually generous private outdoor space for this part of Asbury Park and one of our favorite features of the home.

Guests also have access to a shared first-floor patio and outdoor seating area, giving the property a genuine indoor-outdoor feel throughout your stay.

THE HOME

The rental occupies the upper portion of a classic Asbury Park Victorian and is completely private from the host’s separate residence downstairs.

Inside, you’ll find three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a primary bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. The three-bedroom layout works particularly well for groups who want to travel together without sacrificing privacy.

There is generous storage throughout the apartment, so you’ll have plenty of room to unpack and settle in—especially helpful for longer stays or beach trips with more luggage.

The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, in-unit laundry and everything you need to make the space your home base while exploring Asbury Park.

BEACH & BOARDWALK

Leave the car behind and enjoy one of the best parts of staying here: the location.

The beach and boardwalk are approximately a five-minute walk away, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day without packing the car or worrying about beach parking.

Six Asbury Park beach badges are provided for guests to use during their stay. Four are standard badges and two are senior badges, which may only be used by guests who meet Asbury Park’s eligibility requirements. Please return all badges to the home at the end of your stay.

You’ll be close to the heart of what makes Asbury Park such a fun place to visit.

Wonder Bar is just around the corner, and the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, bars, shopping and live music are all within easy reach. Whether you’re coming for a beach weekend, concert, family getaway or simply a few days by the shore, you can enjoy much of Asbury Park without needing to drive.

Asbury Park is a lively beach town, particularly during summer weekends, concerts and special events. Because the home is close to the action, you may hear some neighborhood activity or music while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

PARKING

One dedicated parking space is included with your stay—an especially valuable convenience during busy beach days and summer weekends.

The guest parking space is located in the driveway behind the hot tub. Please note that the hot tub belongs to the host’s residence and is not available for guest use.

GUEST PRIVACY

The host lives in a separate unit downstairs and is available if you need assistance or local recommendations, while respecting your privacy throughout your stay.

Your entire 3-bedroom apartment and large upper terrace are exclusively yours. The first-floor patio is the only shared outdoor area.

ACCESS

The rental is located on the upper level of the Victorian home and is accessed by one standard flight of stairs.

Check-in is self-service using a keypad. When facing the house from the street, guests enter through the door on the right, walk up one flight of stairs and will find the door clearly marked “Apartment 2.”
