Multi family of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and were very comfortable staying in the 4 rooms. We cooked 3 dinners here- great pots, pans, utensils (can opener was broken as well as toaster just toasted on one side). Some furniture was worn- couches and one of the posts on the four poster bed was broken, but looked like brand new carpet in the upper floor. We loved sitting out on the balconies before breakfast and after dinner. We had easy check in with the condo association to get wristbands for access to the pool and beach. There are some beach toys like buckets, shovels, chair, umbrella and boogie boards to use. We ended up not renting a car and were able to walk 1.5 mile radius to shops and restaurants. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Destin.

Had a great time!

There were 10 of us and the house was beautiful, especially the 2nd floor, where everybody got together. Plenty of space and the pool/ocean were just steps away.

Great vacation home!

This property was not only beautiful, the location was terrific and it was laid out so nicely for several families to vacation together and still have privacy. A very close walk to the beach and the swimming pool at the resort was very nice. This house was also close to restaurants, shopping, as well as a nearby grocery. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The beach was so close and easy to get to. The pool amenities were great. The house was spacious and everyone in our group felt like they had their own space. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Overall, perfect house for our trip!

Great home, location and beach

We have stayed at this house multiple times and love the location and the amenities at the Crescent. The beach is beautiful and close. Sean is wonderful to work with and does a great job communicating. Thankful for another great vacation.

This awesome Beach House with Gulf and lakeview's has private beach access. Enjoy the tropical breezes from any of the five bedrooms, four of which have their own private full bathroom. This beautiful property consists of over 3100 square feet of comfortable living space. There are 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is only a short plesant stroll (no main roads to cross) to Destin's famous white sands and emerald green waters. Perfect for a family beach vacation or a couples' get together. This home offers something for everyone. Relax in the sun on any one of the six balconys/decks around the home,sip a cold beverage by the onsite resort size pool while watching the sunset or simply reading a book on the balcony.
