Four expertly designed bedrooms await you, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, everyone will find their own cozy nook. This is a 3 level home with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the additional bedroom on the 3rd floor with two beds. Two full baths are located on the 2nd level and the half bath is located in the basement. The primary bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and private deck. A pack & play is also included.

Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on not one, but two lovely decks. The second deck is a private deck located off the primary bedroom. Breathe in the crisp Pittsburgh air and take in the scenic views of the Pittsburgh skyline. Equipped with a dining table, gas grill, outdoor lighting, & corn hole boards this is a perfect place to relax after a long day.

Our basement gym is equipped with everything you need to stay active during your stay. You will find a treadmill, spin bike, resistance bands, & dumbbell for your use. Please note - use of exercise equipment is at your own risk & host/owner is not liable for any injuries as a result.

High-speed Wi-Fi & a dedicated work space make it ideal for remote work if needed.

A fully stocked kitchen has all essentials including microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Ninja blender, crockpot, 2 coffee makers & complimentary coffee, tea, & hot chocolate, as well as all pots, pans, cutlery, wine glasses, etc. A high chair is also included.

Complimentary washer & dryer located in the basement with detergent and dryer sheets included.

Three smart TVs are located throughout the house (living room, primary bedroom, & basement) allowing you to connect to all of your favorite streaming platforms.

Property is professionally cleaned after each stay to ensure maximum cleanliness and sanitation for each guest.

This is a historic home that has been completely modernized & remodeled. However, the floors can creek and the house uses radiant heating. The house does have central AC.

Guests have access to entire house except for basement closets.

This home is keyless and you will be provided a unique door code prior to your arrival. This code is unique and changed for every guest for your safety.
