Dear Yves, Thank you for sharing with us your opinion and suggestions, we will certainly include this in our guest information book. I would like to address the issues you had. We always keep all the water heaters off when not in use, it is a simple process of turning on the units and takes only 30minutes to heat up. House is professionally cleaned and clean sheets are put at all the beds prior to arrival. Lastly, we have checked the main air conditioning unit and due to electric malfunction the new unit has been installed yesterday. Thank you for staying at our villa, we are happy that you have passed pleasant vacation here.

Great week at the sea

We really enjoyed staying in this best located house with the most stunning view from the terrace. Great sundowns, the beach and sea and the never finished AS hotel next bay felt a bit like adventurous industry romantic. The beach is very clean and only some steps away, so a pool is not missing at all. The beach bar in the other side had really good quality food and friendly people.

Beautiful place with amaizing view.

This house is the best place in that part of Montenegro to spend holyday . House is fully equipped and excellent positioned. The rooms are clean and basic. Big courtyard in front of the house is directly connected with viewpoint where you can enjoy an amazing view to the open sea. Sunset from that point is astonishing. 50 m down the house is a nice beach with a restaurant. House is tastefully designed and blends beautifully with the local lush green environment.. Waking up in the morning with the sound of the sea is something ingenious. By day there are birds singing and making relaxing atmosphere. This is the right place for recovering and resting. Big like, and for sure I'll be back again!! p.s. Owner of the house is very decent and polite :)

Dear Guest, Allow me to thank you for taking the time to write a review and provide us with constructive critique. I would like to address relevant issues mentioned in this post that might be useful to the future guests. There is a public parking at the entrance of the Perazica Do beach, only 100m from the beach villa. On the arrival/departure villa manager is present in order to ensure that all information and relevant answers are given as well as to provide help with the luggage. This is the first year that the beach has been privatized and our guests were able to use four sunbeds in front of the villa free of charge. The same conditions will be in place in the future. As our guest mentioned, we have dealt with initial issue they had in the fastest possible way. With respect to the insects in the villa, I have to disagree and to clearly state that villa is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure of our guests. Nonetheless, food left outside of fridge or cabinets inevitably attracts insects in the villa surrounded by trees. In line with the previous paragraph, you can understand that heavy rains can cause problems and we have dealt with this issue as soon we were informed. Villa Milosevic is certainly on a unique and special place and it provides its guests with necessary peace and tranquility. We, as owners, are certainly there to ensure that our guests are happy and satisfied with the premises and their time spent there.
