Nice place to stay

My family and I stayed at this condo for a quick getaway before school started and it did check the boxes regarding what we were looking for in a condo. The location and the fact that it was right on the beach in an area near where we had stayed before was perfect for us! The condo was pretty clean for the most part and fit our family of 6 perfectly! The only complaint I have is the elevator...it wasn't very busy or anything but truthfully it was kind of scary to ride in. Of course, I am reassuring my small children the whole time we are riding in it that it's not going to fall or breakdown, but it is very shaky. Otherwise, our stay at Grandview East was very good and worked out for our family well!

This condo was very pleasant to stay in. The booking and check in process was easy. The place was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful view. It was very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend to my family and friends. I wish we’d booked a longer stay😍

Great Stay

Had a great stay. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Few things like the blow dryer didnt work, and the jacuzzi tub did not work. But other than that, the view was great and everything else was as well.

Great location and amenities

This was a great vacation for us. The check in process was super easy, and parking was never an issue. There was a security guard on site when we arrived, and he was very friendly and made sure we knew what to do for check in. The property was clean with an awesome view. There were clear instructions on using the appliances, and we didn’t have any issues with any of them. Even using the elevators was very easy, with a very short to No wait every time we needed one. Location was awesome…walking distance to Pineapple Willies and the Pink Pelican. I would definitely come back to this property.

Nothing short of amazing

First, I am incredibly picky about vacation homes. Cleanliness is SO important to me. The condo was very well kept. Extremely clean and well decorated. The laundry room has pools toys and beach chairs. It also has a beach wagon for chairs and toys. 2 extra beach chairs are in the master closet. The views are amazing!!! My ONLY complaint:: Be cautious of the dryer bc it’s older and clothes will get stuck in the upper part causing clothes to be ripped. We ruined a lot of shorts and shirts before realizing this. ( even with small loads). The pool isn’t huge, but it’s nice, clean and usually isn’t packed. Make sure to park across the street in GVE ORANGE parking. The lot under the building is for BLUE passes only. To the side of the building is a parking spot for loading and unloading. I would rent this condo over and over again!

Wonderful Condo

Location was great! Condo was spacious and beautiful! The pool is small and shaded so it’s very cool and refreshing. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful Condo in the heart of PCB!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious enough for all of us and decorated nice. I would say it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Sand which I know is hard to clean was on the floor, and the bath tub had some grime. As well, I guess I didn't realize this is a high rise condo and on the 15th level so I was terrified to let my 2 year old and 4 year old nephew be out there. My own fault for not reading the info more clearly! However, the view is incredible. We actually saw dolphins and sting rays from the balcony. This is right on the beach so you can't get any closer which was nice so we didn't have to haul our beach stuff too far. The pool was small and under the building so it's in the shade - we didn't really utilize it much because of this. We ended up going to Shipwreck Island to get pool time in. Overall, it's great for someone who isn't worried about heights and is really there for the beach. Beach was insanely crowded though, and even if you rent chairs other beach goers can sit right in front of the rented chairs. Not the condo's fault though - just a tip for anyone looking for something a little more private.

Overall clean and safe

Overu, we had a good time in this unit. The floor had sand all over when we got there, but it was just a quick vacuum, no other issues. The unit is 4 or 5 miles from Pier Park, but location was fine. Just had to drive a bit. I would recommend.

Spectacular Ocean View

The place was everything I had hoped it would be and more. The balcony was in the shade until late afternoon so we were able to enjoy the ocean soundscape from the privacy of our home away from home. I would definitely stay in this beautiful place again. Thank you GV for a wonderful vacation.

Girl trip

My friends and I stayed here for our first ever girl's trip! We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves every morning and evening. We did wish the building had more than 2 elevators. Since we were on the 15th floor, we had a long wait for an elevator a few times. This would not stop us from returning, though.
