Family spring break vacation, had a great stay. Would recommend a fresh coat of paint throughout condo, otherwise great location. Few games or alternatives for rainy days might be nice as well.

Useless jacuzzi tub

The condo was as advertised, except the jacuzzi tub was useless. It didn’t maintain hot water or even warm water long enough to fill past the jets. My amazing husband boiled pots of water just so I could have my bath at least once. The screen door to the balcony was just leaning against the door. Not even attached. The walls needed patched. It wasn’t very clean, crumbs and cup rings on the table kind of things. The closet in the master bedroom hadn’t been cleaned, there was a swimsuit liner suck to the table in the walk-in closet.

The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay! Labor Day is an amazing time to visit Panama City Beach. The only issue we had was the two elevators took a long time for the amount of residents in the building.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect! Everything we needed to make family trip amazing. The check in process was smooth, management was quick to respond to any questions and the view was beautiful. If you are bringing more than 2 cars though be prepared to pay an extra $12 a day to park in public parking.

Beautiful views, close to everything

The condo is very nice and spacious. It is south of Pier Park but an easy drive to everything. The property mgr was the best we’ve had in our 5 yrs of coming to PCB. The beach did get a little crowded but we rented cabanas and had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again

Family Vacation

Perfect location, beautiful view! There was plenty of room for all six of us. The kids (17, 19, 21, and 23) found lots to do in walking distance and everyone had a blast. We usually stay in Destin but found this to be a more affordable area so we gave it a try and we loved it! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a beautiful family vacation.

Beautiful Space

The condo was light and open. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath was nice. We had a question upon checking in and were andwered promptly by Kelli. The service was courteous amd invited amy further inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Our family of 8 came and enjoyed our visit in 903! There was a minor issue but Whitney went above and beyond to take care of us!!! You can’t beat the views or the short walk to get your toes in the sand

Highly recommended.

The room was beautiful and had an amazing view. There were 8 of us in the room and still had plenty of space. The downside was the parking. Unless you have a handicapped tag or you are an owner you have to park across the street. The pool is also small and only 5 feet deep so the kids were sort of disappointed. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great view!

The view was spectacular and the condo was even better than expected. Only issue we had was not even being able to smoke on the balcony. Not sure what thats about and there were signs everywhere rewarding $50 for anyone turning in a picture of someone smoking, which I feel is an invasion of privacy. We also had to park across the street which was limited. Overall though it was a great stay.

903 Grandview east

It’s by far best condo I ever stayed enjoyed the time on the beach the condo was great clean big 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms enjoyed the view of sunset and the beach Wake up in the morning to drink up in the morning oceans sound is the best I think I just find my place in PCB every year I will be coming to 903 Grandview east thank you to management. Ps:one of the elevator was out of service on the day of arrival and within couple of hrs was already up and running so great responding time and I’m not giving them 5 stars I’m giving 10 stars

Family Getaway to PCB

Overall the location and amenities were suitable for our large family. However, it was obvious that the furnishings and maintenance of the unit could use some TLC. The patio furniture was tattered and cushions in pieces, the sound system was broken, the master bathroom wall near the shower needs repair and the appliances were aged. Additionally, there's a problem with the pipes because every time we flushed the toilet in the master bath the pipes made a loud noise that sounded like a cruise ship was passing through. Location and spaciousness were the most appreciated features of this unit.

Great stay

It was a great stay and the condo was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. Even had a selection of books which I LOVED!! And the location and view were AMAZING!! We had several small issues like no cold water running to the washer to wash clothes and the dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work at all. Also never got the internet to work. We were there to relax and not worry about little stuff like that though so we didnt bother calling about them. We just went and had fun!! They were nothing that we couldn't deal with:):) Thank you!

Grand View East 903 6/23-6/28/18

We enjoyed our June stay at GVE in Panama City! Although we had a few minor problems with our condo, Whitney, was an amazing answer to those issues. She clearly went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we had a great time. She fixed any problem we had in a timely fashion and without attitude! We were most impressed with a welcoming phone call the day of arrival to ensure we had a good trip and to provide check-in instructions. Overall, yes, there were a few issues, but minor issues happen. It’s how you go about fixing them that sets GVE apart! We WILL return! Thanks to Whitney for the excellent customer service before, during, and after our stay! We are grateful! Thanks, Leigh Ann (Lakeland, TN)!!!

Old & Outdated Several Items were Broken

Several of the items that were complained about in previous reviews have NOT been corrected as of April 2021. Its obvious that the property manager does not care about maintaining the unit as long as the rental is bringing in money. Little items like the coffee machine, the blow dryer, & the TV in the 3rd bedroom are still broken. (I composed a list of several broken items but am not sure if they will get fixed) There were also large items such as when flushing the toilet in the master bathroom....you hear an extremely LOUD noise all over the unit (in the walls) EVERY single time the toilet flushes. The patio sliding door is still broken & hard to open & close (I was told by Whitney the operation manager to use my strength) The furniture is still outdated, the patio furniture is stained & old, the place is still in need of updating, & repair. The best thing about the unit is the location and the view. Renter BEWARE there are so many places to rent dont waste your time here. I have photos & videos, & i have contacted the company as we had several other issues during our stay, but after two emails to several people and 3weeks later they have yet to respond.

Definantly will not rent from them again

The condo size and layout was nice. Where to start? There were a few things that did not work or work properly. $1500 for 4 nights was to expensive for this place in my opinion. The sink in the first bathroom would not drain properly so we did not use it. The exhaust in the first bathroom did not work. They replaced the shower curtain and liner in the first bathroom while we were there because they were moldy. The ice maker in the freezer did not work nor the dish washer. The washing machine only worked on warm / cold setting and it was little more than a trickle so it took a while to fill up. There was a sufficient amount of towels but only 2 wash rags and 2 hand towels. The refrigerator was hot to the touch on the inside of the door really hot but it worked good enough to use. The maintenance man was supposed to come the second day of our stay to fix the ice maker, sink, exhaust and look at the refrigerator but he was a no show I assume because nothing got fixed. The owners of the condo should fix what's broken and doesn't run properly for the price they charge to stay. I was very disappointed and I will book with another realtor next time we go.

Dont disregard the bad reviews

I read the reviews on this condo before we booked it. I guess my fatal mistake was assuming issues would have been addressed since a lot of the negative reviews were older. Let me be crystal clear, I just left the condo and none of them have been. Some as old as 2018-19' still here. Simple stuff like adding light bulbs in the master bath. Other things like the loud screech when flushing toilet, still happening. As far as I can tell the owner and the management company know it too. Like other reviews before me, they wouldn't respond to my email or call. I can only assume it's because they get tired of hearing the same problems over and over without having a cheap fix. Although how expensive are light bulbs really? It shows me that the owner doesn't care enough to make even the smallest repairs. I've booked a condo every year for the last 6-8 years for family vacation, I know how this is supposed to go. But this is the first time I've had an experience bad enough that I feel obligated to pass it on to others. Please don't make my mistake and think any of the negative comments have been addressed. They haven't. If it's listed, they got it. Moldy master shower, they got it, washing machine not functioning correctly they got it, loud screech when flushing they got it, master closet full of furniture they got it, any dresser in any bedroom for clothing storage, sorry they don't have that put your clothes on the floor or live out of your suitcase for a week, all of you. Don't look into this condo any further, its not good. In an attempt to end with a positive note, this building is nice though. It has a clean lobby and I saw them cleaning often, nice enough pool, good access to the beach, close to Wal-Mart for groceries & walking distance to several bars/restaurants. Good building, bad condo.
