I read the reviews on this condo before we booked it. I guess my fatal mistake was assuming issues would have been addressed since a lot of the negative reviews were older. Let me be crystal clear, I just left the condo and none of them have been. Some as old as 2018-19' still here. Simple stuff like adding light bulbs in the master bath. Other things like the loud screech when flushing toilet, still happening.
As far as I can tell the owner and the management company know it too. Like other reviews before me, they wouldn't respond to my email or call. I can only assume it's because they get tired of hearing the same problems over and over without having a cheap fix. Although how expensive are light bulbs really? It shows me that the owner doesn't care enough to make even the smallest repairs.
I've booked a condo every year for the last 6-8 years for family vacation, I know how this is supposed to go. But this is the first time I've had an experience bad enough that I feel obligated to pass it on to others. Please don't make my mistake and think any of the negative comments have been addressed. They haven't. If it's listed, they got it. Moldy master shower, they got it, washing machine not functioning correctly they got it, loud screech when flushing they got it, master closet full of furniture they got it, any dresser in any bedroom for clothing storage, sorry they don't have that put your clothes on the floor or live out of your suitcase for a week, all of you.
Don't look into this condo any further, its not good.
In an attempt to end with a positive note, this building is nice though. It has a clean lobby and I saw them cleaning often, nice enough pool, good access to the beach, close to Wal-Mart for groceries & walking distance to several bars/restaurants.
Good building, bad condo.
