I really had no complaints about the property or home. There are some folks that note it is kind of hard to get to, but if you realize it's a duplex and the driveway to the back half of the property goes through a little alley way, then it makes more sense. There are postings and arrows to guide you in, so that really helps. The home is a duplex and has a shared wall. We didn't really hear any noise from the renters in the front. We heard their dogs bay (not bark) from time to time, but it wasn't an issue at all. I would say though of note that there is a fence on both sides of the house that separate the yards and each fence has a gate that is accessible from both sides.
The kitchen was a bit small, but it more than made up for it in cookware and spices. Blender, crockpot were also available. You won't need for anything in this kitchen to cook with at all. It was extremely well stocked.
The house was super tidy as were the yard spaces. Outdoor seating in a few locations was nice too. We did not use the grill, but it might be worth mentioning that it is propane, so you won't need charcoal. A big bonus was being able to see the hot air balloons during the Labor Day balloon festival taking place sailing by the window.
The neighborhood had some great restaurants in a close distance.
The living spaces are well lit with lots of natural light and just very comfortable. The bedroom was super roomy as well and had a desk space as well.
Thanks for the stay!
