We bought this property in ill repair. We planned to leave the house as is and just come to visit for the woods, trails and the views but weekend after weekend the more we wanted to be there and enjoy. That’s when we decided life would be easier having a clean bed, a nice shower & a hot meal when coming to visit. Every chance we had after work or on the weekends we found our diamond in the rough. New ceilings, new paint, new flooring, new furnace, new hot water heater? New roof and a kitchen was added to the home. It’s a place our family loves to be and a place where other families will love to be!

Beautiful views on a secluded dead end road. Relax on the deck over looking the pond or curl up with your favorite book next to the fire place.
Enjoy with your loved ones & friends. Comfortabley fits 4 Adults & 4 children. Can sleep 9 all together plus a pull out cot.
No pets allowed & NO HUNTING ALLOWED
Perfect for a friends get together.
If you want nothing to do and just relax or want to explore the trails and soak up the beautiful views outdoor, there is something here for everyone.
Don’t want to stay cooped up? Visit the Norwich car museum, the largest antique car museum in the north east! Just a 25 minute drive away.
Want some great food with exquisite dining? Visit the Old Mill on Route 8. 10 minutes away.
Many restaurants to chose from in Sidney and Norwich with stores to shop from.
