Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The information we received prior to arriving was clear and concise. We had not issues. The unit is perfect for our family and included all the amenities needed. We love PCB and Aqua specifically but this is our favorite condo we've stayed at to date. I miss the view from the balcony already.

The condo was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. There was also a closet stocked with everything we needed for the beach - chairs, toys, boogie boards and pool noodles, nets - literally everything. The check in was handled completely online, including printing our parking pass, so all we had to do was park and unload when we arrived. Having 2 sets of rental chairs and umbrellas included was perfect for our family and not something I’ve seen often (most rentals only come with 1 set of chairs and we have to rent the other set ourselves). The location is great - Pier Park and several restaurants are within walking distance. The only thing to note is that since it is a corner unit, the view of the beach to the east was blocked by the building. The pictures show this though so we were not surprised by it. And we still had a great view to the west. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely stay here again.

Overall it’s a fine place to stay. Check in is awful and took almost an hour and a half due to the lines and slow elevators. If you like elevators, you’ll love Aqua! The floors are very dirty and need scrubbed. To check for yourself wear white socks, yikes. Master bathroom shower had a very old yellow shower curtain. Seriously, that’s just nasty and completely unnecessary. Request for a slightly late checkout when unanswered. Everything else is pretty good with this one and its location is perfect. The balcony is the best part. We wouldn’t stay here again at that price point. Too expensive for the uncleanliness and elevator issues.

Very nice! Great location! Had some issues with garbage disposal but they came and fixed right away! Host was very nice and attentive!

Amazing Place

This was by far the best condo I have rented. Beautiful place, reasonable price and all the extras were amazing. Beach chairs, gear, games, anything you needed they had it. EXCELLENT location also. We had such a wonderful time ❤️

Vacation

We had an amazing time. The condo was exactly what we wanted. It was spacious, decorated beautifully. The only down side was the construction going on at the Aqua. We would definitely stay again.

This is a keeper!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua.Have stayed at aqua for several years but first time in this unit. It did not disappoint.was just as advertised.Location and flior is perfect.We love love love Shuckems and this is perfect lication for frequent visits to our favorite place on the beach.We definitely would return to this unit.
