Beautiful renovated 1900 sq feet condo with ocean views situated at the start of the Seven Mile Beach and provides the ideal balance of a quiet and peaceful complex, but located next to all the amenities of Seven Mile Beach. This unit is a beautifully upgraded 2 bed and 2 bathroom with direct sea-views from the living room.

Seven Mile Beach is considered to be one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The complex has a lovely gazebo and newly purchased outdoor furniture for maximum comfort. Located outside the complex, is some of the best snorkelling on the Island with a nearby shipwreck just 100 yards from Poinsettia's rocky shoreline. Direct access with a new walkway and stepladder installed in 2025. Beautiful private cabana to enjoy sunsets, drinks and BBQs. Choose from a 4-burner gas bbq or a fire pit for charcoal grilling.

2 spacious bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other a queen bed with full bunk beds) 2 bathrooms (one with glass shower cubicle and one with bath and shower). Contemporary furniture throughout, travertine tiles and all the mod cons of a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room and array of kitchen and other utensils to make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Excellent swimming pool offering lap swimming.

The condo is within walking distance to numerous waterfront restaurants, the best supermarket in Cayman (Kirk Market) and is ideally situated for all the amenities of Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay and George Town within a 20 minute walk.

Book this 2 bedroom apartment in Seven Mile Beach today! A total of 6 to 8 people can sleep comfortably. Please note that there is ongoing construction of a large hotel on the adjacent land next to the complex and there could be general construction noise by the pool (the condo itself is sound proof). Scheduled to be completed in early 2026.

Wonderful location… got the idea there was a beach right in front but no big deal… 10 min walk . Shopping very handy as well as great restaurants.

My family just stayed here for a week and it was an incredible vacation! The location is amazing. It is close to the grocery store, has multiple restaurants nearby and access much more a short car ride away. The condo is beautiful and so spacious! The hosts are so accommodating and have great communication. I can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to go back one day!

This condo is very well appointed. Beautiful view of the water. The pool area is very nice but shaded until mid afternoon because of the new construction. The owner was very accommodating. We had a car but it is walking distance to Kirk Market and many restaurants

The view of the night sunset was picturesque every night. You can walk to a dock off the back of the property and snorkel. Nearby there is a ship wreck that you can snorkel too with lots of fish. The pool was huge very nice and relaxing.

Amy is very communicative and her place is nice for a family of 5-6. We had an issue and she showed up and got help to resolve it in about an hour. The location is solid - within walking distance of Kirk Market and many of the Seven Mile Beach bars/restaurants are within 15 mins by foot. Public buses roll up and down West Bay Rd to get you where you want to go for 2.50 per person. The beach outside the condo is not fluffy sand, but there is a shipwreck to snorkel around. All in all, very solid place to stay for a few days in Grand Cayman.

The place was an absolute delight! The condo is incredibly spacious and luxurious, yet cozy and warm making it feel like home away from home! The location couldn’t have been better, with a breathtaking view and access to a pool and beach! All of the amenities were right in the home and there were shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance! The owner is fantastic, and they were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! This was an unforgettable experience, highly recommend:)

Beautiful ocean views

This condo is beautifully laid out in a "great room" layout, offering a warm and comfortable setting to socialize, dine or watch TV on the enormous screen. We loved that there was a fabulous work out gym just a 2 minute walk from the condo, for those wanting to work off the fun of the prior evening. At the beginning of 7 mile beach, there are numerous resorts and spas to choose from in addition to world class waterfront venues to eat or have drinks. The people in Caymen are some the friendliest we've encountered in our travels...it is without question worth the visit.

Very nice condo

It was close to Everything, we loved the condo. However you will need to provide your wash cloths for bathing. She furnished Towel's only. When we got there we asked where they were, she said I deliberately didn’t furnish them.

Very nice condo

The place was clean, very large, modern and well appointed. I would definitely consider staying again in the future. Amy responded to any and all questions promptly and offered additional information about the island. The only downfalls were the dated outdoor grilling area and equipment as well as the ongoing construction of a Grand Hyatt next door that prevented us from having the windows open or enjoying the pool during the day due to the noise. Large construction projects were something going on everywhere it seemed as the entire skyline was littered with cranes. Overall we are certainly satisfied with this property.
