This spacious top-floor, two-bedroom vacation rental boasts glorious southwest views and can accommodate up to eight visitors.

The first floor features an open floor plan that includes the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Light latte-toned couches face a wall of glass doors, creating an inviting living space for guests to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery. Adding to the comfortable atmosphere, two vintage-styled paisley chairs look towards a TV for entertainment, while a gracious wet bar offers plenty of room to serve up delicious tropical drinks. A mirrored wall accentuates a spacious feel. The dining room features a glass-topped dining table surrounded by four high-backed leather chairs and a matching bench, perfect for elegant meals. The open kitchen includes four jet-black stools at the granite-topped bar for additional seating, making this area great for entertaining guests and enjoying a relaxed meal.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed, full luxury en-suite bath, and access to the balcony that provides glittering Gulf views. An additional guest bedroom on this level features two decorative, metal-framed full-sized beds, a twin daybed, and a full en-suite bath.

With gorgeous views from two balconies, guests can experience sensational sunsets and magical, tropical twilights. These brilliant views are best enjoyed while you relax on one of the balconies with your favorite drink in hand.

This vacation rental enjoys all the luxuries that the Silver Dunes residential vacation community has to offer. Guests can enjoy a fun game room, fitness center, and pool that is heated during the cooler months of the year. The grassy lawn spans towards the emerald-toned waters and pristine beaches of the Gulf. A beach walk extends over a sugary down, providing direct access to the private beach.

Only a short distance from Harborwalk Village, guests can also enjoy the abundant array of restaurants and waterfront bars on the Destin Harbor. The iconic Big Kahuna’s Waterpark is located nearby and is a fantasy water world that includes thrill rides and tropical miniature golf that will add another level of fun to your Silver Dunes vacation.

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, Powder Room.

Second Level: King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access + Laundry, Guest Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Twin Daybed + and Tub/Shower Combo.

*This Condo only allows for 8 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is heated during the winter.
