We had a wonderful time in Cabin 4. It says it sleeps 8, which it does, but it may be a little cramped if you actually had 8 people in the cabin all at the same time. We are a family with 2 teens and it was perfect for us. The property is beautiful, the location is close to several things to do, and if you just want to sit around and hang out at the cabin there is plenty to do. The kids went fishing the first day we were there and we spent our evenings sitting by the fire, visiting with other campers, playing pool, ping pong and listening to the radio. Our two teens were not bored at all and it was nice to have them actually interacting and hanging out with us which doesn’t happen very often with busy schedules and friends.
The cabin has cups, plates, silverware and bowls. They have a few pots and pans and a very tiny little cookie sheet that I could fit 4 biscuits on. If you are wanting to bake anything you may bring a cookie sheet of your own but it is a small stove. 1/2 the size of a normal stove but it gets the job done. There are no storage containers so if you cook too much either bring baggies or a couple plastic bowls with you and some Saran Wrap or foil. They do have sugar, coffee and several spices. There’s a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. I had thought I read somewhere about a blow dryer but you will need to bring one of you use one. The furnace kept us plenty warm and they have an ac window unit for summer.
Definitely recommend this place!
