Great overall

Really enjoyed the hot tub and being only 20 mins from pigeon forge/ gatlinburg area. Most everything was clean minus some of the linens looked kind of iffy. Would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I had a great time exploring the Great Smoky Mountains this week. Cabin was clean and the detailed instructions made the property easy to get to. Overall would stay again

Birthday getaway with hubby

Everything was perfect for us. No hidden or unpleasant surprises. Everything was just like in the pictures. Very clean cabin. Hot tub on the back porch was clean and warm. Would definitely stay again.

10/10 recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a weekend get away. The hot tub was fantastic and we were not bothered by anyone the entire trip. House was exactly how described and they did provide all necessities needed. You can see the road and 2 other cabins from the balcony where the hot tub is, but it really did not affect us or our stay at all because everyone else was private too. Will 100% stay here again and I recommend it to everyone.

Quiet weekend away

The cabin was quaint but smelled musty. The phone for the landline doesn't have a charging cord so it can't be used when your cell doesn't work due to storms. The hot tub is on the back deck but visible to the neighboring cabin. I called the 1st morning ẁe were there because the jacuzzi and bathtub dripped all night long (we couldn't get a signal out due to the storms) and the light fixture above the bathroom sink had 2 bulbs hanging. After finally talking to someone, someone came out, while we were gone, to fix the issues. They glued the bulbs up, which fell back down when we took QUICK showers before the water got cold. Neither faucet quit dripping.NO MOUNTAIN VIEWS

Nice cabin, but appliances are very outdated. Shower needs updating as well.

The cabin was nice. Hot tub we great! Other than outdated appliances and constant defrosting refrigerator, our stay was nice.

Cozy little Getaway

This was a cute little cabin to stay in for a few nights with just 2 people. More than that would have been crowded. The area around it had a lot of garbage thrown down the hillside which bothered us, and there isn't much of a view from the deck if that's something important to you. We had a good time exploeing a new side of Gatlinburg and it was nice getting away from the tourist side but still being close enough to visit it

My family of 4 stayed in this cabin for Thanksgiving and our cabin was very average.

Cabin could use a good cleaning and some updating. Kitchen didn't have a mixing bowl or a tea pitcher which made it difficult to cook for thanksgiving. Didn't use the hot tub because the water temp was too cold. I think this cabin was over priced but I guess we paid more because of the holidays.

Not as advertised and poor customer service

I got only what i can assume was an automated email from the company asking about our stay and it asked to contact them for and issues that would prevent me from giving a five star rating. Well I sent the email reply below, assuming I would get some sort of response. It's been a week and I've got nothing. That tells me the either don't care, or it was as I said, automated. From my emailed response: Thank you for checking in. There are some things you need to be aware of we noted when we arrived. Firstly, the cabin was filthy when we arrived. There was a strong mildew odor and smoke odor. There's mold in the bathroom and soot up the exterior of your fireplace. The floor was dirty and the floor vents need replaced because they are rusted. The oven burners are gross and instantly started smoking/burning since it is apparent no one cleans them. The pillow shams stink like a dirty head. The window in the kitchen doesn't secure with a lock. We know this because we needed to air out the cabin immediately. The grounds need some litter picked up. There are fixtures that don't work as well. The only thing we were satisfied with was the hot tub. No, we do not feel a five star rating is appropriate. But, we are not asking for any assistance during our stay because we do not want to be disturbed. These things should be taken care before a guest arrives.  In addition, we found the bathtub drain was clogged and there were no pool sticks to play bumper pool. The description of the property claimed it was romantic and private. Neither were true. The issues above completely took the romantic setting away and the other cabins could look right at the back porch where the hot tub was located. I will note the hot worked fine other than having a torn up cover. Overall our experience with Gatlinburg was good, but not our experience with this cabin or rental company. Won't be staying with them again and would not recommend them.

Nice cabin in the woods

This is a nice place to stay. The email I received prior to the stay said for me to supply charcoal for the grill. When we pulled up there was not a grill at the cabin. I was not planning on grilling anyway so it did not impact my visit. Other than that, this is a great place to stay with a perfect location.

Prior guest must have started a fire with the fireplace flue shut. The whole living room smell like fire. Whoever claims the property did not leave enough toilet paper or paper towels for normal use. The toilet was broke when we got there I called the office and they were great getting someone out to fix it. No sharp knives and other kitchen items. It could have been cleaner. Other than that we had a pretty good stay.

When the owners visited the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN in 2005, they were so impressed with the area such that they purchased cabins and homes that families could visit and enjoy for vacations and all types of other short term stays. When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.
