Great condo, beautiful inside and gorgeous ocean view. The building overall was a bit rundown but the actual condo is gorgeous.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are constantly striving to make our place as comfortable as possible for our guess. Our building is one of the older resorts along the beach, but its the proximity to the shoreline greatly makes up for its age. I personally love the view from our condo. The location of this condo offers a view for miles and miles down the coastline. While we didn't have direct impact from Hurricane Micheal, we did have quite a bit of wind blown debris that has since been cleaned. We are in the process of getting a new roof and I look for our balcony railings to be repainted soon. Thank you for Booking with Caron's Condos. ~Caron

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this condo. It was great as usual. The owner is very informative and helpful with questions. The condo was clean and the pools are great! Would highly recommend this condo.

Great location.

The outside of the condo is a little rough but when you step inside you are in a different world. Beautiful and clean. Did I mention the fantastic view.

Caron has preserved this beauty excellently! Furnishings were nice, well equipped right on the beach and the top floor! Nice and quiet! Great bargain for the price!

Wonderful

This was a great condo, not too high and dog friendly. The communication with the owner was wonderful, always wanted to hear if we needed anything. The amenities were great, pools were nice and clean; and personnel were always friendly. I would say the floors need a good mopping, but that was really the only negative; seriously a great condo and would definitely stay there again.

First time in PCB

I was very happy with this condo. The condo is beautiful and well furnished. The view is great too. I especially liked the master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils. The sun was very hot shining directly in the windows in the afternoon (of course we closed the curtains) but it also provided gorgeous sunsets! I would come here again.

Amazing sunsets!!!

Caron, Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with our family. This condo is as pictured. Property is older, condo is updated and nicely appointed. We were traveling with my 88 year old father, so it was great that the condo was only a few steps from the elevator. We really enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony and bedroom! Caron was a joy to work with and responded to our questions quickly!

Cleaning and plumbing problems

The condo was nice but we only had one bathroom for 4 people do to plumbing issues so it was difficult to stay on track with scheduled activities the condo wasn't as clean as it should have been for the price if they clean the 2 nd bathroom properly the would of known the bathtub wasn't draining. I feel she should have gave upa small discount for the inconvenience by all and all we still had a very nice time

After you brought this to my attention, I scheduled a service appointment with Royal Flush Plumbing of Panama City Beach (a very reputable company) who came out and made all necessary repairs. Housekeeping would have also been happy to come out and do a re-clean of the condo for you. It is always my #1 goal to have a satisfied traveler. Beautiful condo!

This condo was perfect for our stay! It has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the views from the balcony were spectacular! We will for sure return to stay in this unit. Caron was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Our vacation was everything we dreamed it would be and more because of Caron's condo!! She even shared with us her list of favorite restaurants and attractions, which was an excellent touch. The food was great!! The condo made us feel like we were in paradise!!

Loved visit to Caron’s Condo

Caron’s Condo was beautifully decorated. The furnishings on point giving you at home feeling. Attention to every detail. Stocked with anything & everything you may need during your stay. Great property with awesome views. Caron was very informative and easily reached. She had everything we needed at the condo. The only bad thing was that it didn't last long enough.
